Service was great, food was great. Get there early if you want beef ribs. Busy place. Make reservations, but plan on waiting when you get there. Prices are kinda high, but worth it. If you love barbque, this is a must for your bucket list.

Beef rib is huge, but soft. tastes great! Staffs are friendly. Vibe is pretty cool. You will have to use physical card instead of Apple Pay

The food was great with the exception of the chicken sausage. I believe we ordered was is called the chefs platter.
The server was the only problem I had with my visit to Westwoods. Her customer service skills were lacking. She may have been having a bad day, but in this industry that's how you make your money. Shifty attitude won't get you anywhere. However, we still left her a descent tip, more than she really deserved. She even rushed us in the end to leave because she had to leave and my SIL & I were having girls time. If I return and the server happens to be assigned to out table again, I will definitely ask to have her replaced.

Busy when we went about 630 on a Friday night but we got seated before our reservation. Lots of good menu options but we went with the tri Tip sandwich and ribeye. Both were very good. The cowboy red chili was very good as well. Prices were good...not cheap but good. Service was timely. Would visit again.

Had a reservation checked in early came to our time haven’t called us but at least 20 ppl they seated already so my wife went to se how much longer the lil girl that we checked in with never told the person that’s seating so showed we were never here but we were here atleast 40 minutes sorry this place is going down hill not any good no more

I ordered the $40. Steak med rare. It looked great and the end pieces where the fat is, was really good, the rest of the steak was like shoe leather! A bit over med rare and tasted and chewed like it was cooked from frozen! Very bad. Mom ordered ribs which were a little overcooked but had great flavor. Broccoli looked old and stems were black from lack of preparation IMHO. First waiter was friendly but another waiter took his place within 5 minutes and was busy waiting new tables so we didn’t get a drink refill until we were ready for the check. We have been here many times and this was the worse. Do not order the 40 dollar steak unless you want to be disappointed.

Good food. I had pork ribs with small salad. The restaurant seems a bit pricey. Signs of the times I suppose.
