$40 for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks, way over priced and low quality of food, what a shame.

- Went here on Thursday October 10th around 9pm. Saw a sign that advertised the new strawberry funnel cake bitz. Sounded delicious so I ordered it. The guy behind the counter charged me then grabbed what looked like petrified (found out after eating it) pretzel bitz and without washing his hands or even putting on a glove. Began making my bitz right next to a bottle of what looked like a purple degreaser with a yellow nozzle. He dumped the bits into a box (again not even attempting to heat them up or put gloves on) and sprinkled powered sugar and this tasteless red corn syrup which I think was supposed to be strawberry glaze. I don’t know, I took one bite and immediately regretted my decision and offered a piece to my mother who also detested the bitz. I was so upset I should have taken them back. But when I was about to go back I saw that there was a sign that said that the store had a sale going on where the pretzels were buy 2 get 1 free. I assumed that they were the obviously old food items that had been sitting there since God knows when. This was my first time trying wetzel’s pretzels and my last time trying them. Super disappointed. Needless to say I never told them anything and just decided to leave a comment on their customer service line instead.
