I went today around 9pm walked in and waited for my turn to be helped, OBVIOUSLY i’m not going to go right in and order immediately if the workers are occupied with something so while i waited i turned to my brother and asked him a quick question and turned back to a worker staring at me like I’m dumb and waved with a nasty face insinuating she’d been waiting for me to order. She didn’t say “I can help who’s next” god forbid I was waiting for my turn?? can’t really remember much of her besides her having glasses. Not my problem you’re having a bad day, I’m trying to be considerate and you serve with attitude ? The guy who charged me out was really nice so I appreciate it that.

Stop spraying your food counter with chemicals everyday, it tastes like I'm eating a bottle of windex and lysol 🤮 Every food place should be using distilled white vinegar for cleaning cooking areas!!

just today, i bought one pretzel (it costed $8.66) while i was at River Park. i came into the store being the only customer, and there was only one jalapeño-pepperoni pretzel left. this leftover looked so stale.
so, i kindly asked the manager if he could bake a fresh one straight from the oven. long story short, the manager told me the minimum wait would be 15-20 minutes. (i know it’s usually only 7-10 minutes max based on Wetzel’s Pretzel’s training) when i came back after 15 minutes, the manager had told me he just put the tray in.
i waited an extra 5 minutes again, and the pretzel was still not ready. the manager chose to prolong making a single pretzel a total of 25 minutes, he chose to waste a customer’s valuable time. i would not support this store in the future.

They never have the jalapeño cheese melt pretzels as someone who doesn’t eat meat. I do appreciate that they are always willing to make it for me if I ask.

The only worker who Cares is the Manager- and he hardly does. Every time I come in, the employees are wearing ear buds which explains why they have me repeat my order twice. Very Unprofessional.

The staff is always so nice and fast. The pretzels are fresh and fluffy. I've seen how other customers treat the employees with lack of human decency it's disgusting. Honestly this place in comparison to the others like Auntie Annies beats it by a longgg shot!
