They never have the jalapeño cheese melt pretzels as someone who doesn’t eat meat. I do appreciate that they are always willing to make it for me if I ask.

The only worker who Cares is the Manager- and he hardly does. Every time I come in, the employees are wearing ear buds which explains why they have me repeat my order twice. Very Unprofessional.

The staff is always so nice and fast. The pretzels are fresh and fluffy. I've seen how other customers treat the employees with lack of human decency it's disgusting. Honestly this place in comparison to the others like Auntie Annies beats it by a longgg shot!

I hated having to give 1 star. Waited a few mins for the 3 girls to stop talking long enough to notice me, then was told I had to wait 35 mins to get hot dog bites! The women in front of me was waiting 25 mins and was still waiting when I walked out. Owners, you're losing customers and wasting payroll!

Had the worst visit today, normally this location has good quality, customer service is ok.. but not today. Stopped by for a quick after school snack for my son, all we ordered was 1 order of wetzelbitz. It wasn’t until we got home and my son gave my one that I realized the the bitz were old, cold and hard, like they had been sitting there for hours. It was too much work to go back, so here we are with old pretzels he won’t eat. Quality control would be nice to ensure customers are getting what they’re paying for.
Super nice staff, quick service. I got the cherry boba lemonade. It was so yummy.

Very disappointed they don't speak English lady on the register did not understand what my order was even though she was very polite . After getting my order walked out set on the eating area to enjoy there was a hair in my order that really took the icing on the cake I had to throw away all my order . Will never go again that location sadly to say.
