I recently ordered and can’t text wingstop but I want to know why the hell I didn’t get no ranch in my delivery order when I paid extra for it aside from that no damn drink like who tf and about to close it’s not hard for yal big backs to do something so simple

Every other wingstop in town is better then this little ghetto one. They do not care about their job or the experince of their buyers every other wing stops does things a certian way and this one is all over the place. The women do NOT listen (coming from another woman) They dont write the names on the bag or double check i got something that wasnt mine

It just wasn’t a very pleasant experience overall. The shift manager that night was an efficient worker but not very attentive. The food was good but it just wasn’t worth it. I ordered ahead and still waited in store over an hour but I had already paid so I stayed. And it wasn’t till after I got up and 10 people after me got their orders that I finally received my order. The team needs a higher working area aswell. Too many people waited too long and were just told it was on the bagging counter!

Customer service off the hook, they didn't leave you standing there looking stuck at the menu. They were very patient with explaining the different sauces. It was my first time there & it won't be my last!!! O yea,,thanks for the free fries ?

Wings are good. The time it takes to get the food is ridiculous. Several times I have ordered an hour or more before I want my food and I still have to wait an additional 20-30 mins. They seem to prioritize doordash and uber eats orders. And double check your orders for take out because they always forget something or get it wrong. This is the closest to my house or else I would order elsewhere.
