Got a 10-piece boneless wing. It was more like five half pieces. The chicken was so small it wasn't even worth the price I paid for it. The fries were good though, but the size of the pieces of chicken that I paid for was not worth it

I ordered online, and it took 50 mins to get my order. and we got our drinks. The ice 🧊 machine was out, so we got hot sodas. It's small inside with not much room in there the Tables were dirty, with trash and the food wasn't what I expected
Horrible service and wait times. Now you have to show ID even if you have proof of purchase, not good enough. Nowhere on the app does it say 'must show ID at pick up' they're just making rules up as they please. Wait times are over 30 min from what it says on the app.

I absolutely love this wing stop, simply because Gannon is the best flavor expert! I come here quite often so I definitely know lol, I’ll 100% recommended this place to anyone! Worth the wait & money everytime (unless someone else is the flavor expert) 😂

Decided to give this location another chance but I should’ve just made my own food at home. Order arrived extremely late and when I tried to call and ask what was going on the girl kept putting me on hold. Wings arrived so cold. This location needs some serious fixing up with their staff. Do better Wingstop on Shaw & first.

I called to make an order at 12:53pm, I go there at 1:08 and got my order at 1:20. The waiting time is redicolous. Add to that, the rude employees are with custemers.
The customer service is just bad. The employees seem like they just don't want to work there and seem annoyed with every client that walks in.

Worst Experience I have EVER HAD in a Wingstop! Not only did they take my order and Money. They "LOST" My Order After waiting 15 minutes. Every one that ordered after me got their orders so i went to ask. I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for 8 TENDERS! After i told them I needed to be somewhere, they completely disregarded my time. After those 20 minuts my order still was not ready and yet other people got their order WAY BEFORE ME. These workers are unprofessional. After i told them i wanted my money back they had the audacity to tell me to wait even more, after the fact that i needed to be somewhere VERY IMPORTANT! They need better management and more comunication with their team! To make Matters worse, their SO CALLED "SODA MACHINE" had like 3 sodas available. What kind of place, SPECIALLY Wingstop not have anything stocked? I will NEVER in my life go to this location again!
