Went in last night at 930 there were maybe 4 customers... Cashier legit talked me out of my order lol estimated 20 to 30 min wait? Refuse to honor online deal like I was going to sit there another 5 minutes and order on my phone and hope it be ready in 30. Customer service is a joke here.
Currently waiting for my food. It has been an hour now and they keep on pushing the arrival time.

You guys were very busy for take out. The fries are soggy and wet. One of the chicken flavors was very dry. Ordered large veggies but no ranch or blue cheese?! No napkins.

Don’t expect to get your food on time at this location I’ve came to this one few times my online order is NEVER ready when it says it will be the crew moves like molasses there’s no sense of urgency go ahead and add extra 20 mins on top of expected wait time before you get your food doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow the food was good but the wait times at this location is ridiculous

Been to many Wingstop locations and this is by far the worst one. They put out about one order per 10 minutes, ridiculously slow for a place that basically only serves wings and fries. Multiple times orders have been wrong or items left out. And management doesn’t care. Don’t eat here.

Ordered online to avoid waiting long and ended up waiting an hour due to my order having been giving away to someone else

Ordered delivery order, had the complete wrong order delivered and the bag was neither labeled or sealed. The food looked disgusting and was dripping out of the container all over the bag. I called to try to get an explanation and the correct order sent to me. They were rude and told me they could refund me or I would have to bring this disgusting drippy bag back to get it switched out for my order. If I could get there, I would have went there in the first place. They told me they sent someone else’s order by mistake, (probably because they don’t label their bags or communicate) I told them I wanted the correct order sent to me as I originally ordered and paid for. They said that they couldn't do that and it was out of their hands……..they couldn’t put my order in and send it to me……….what they did with the wrong order and what service they OFFER………..right. So now, no food. Had to deal with rude manager who doesn’t do their job, and I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. Thanks for nothing. Just order somewhere else. Or at least a different Wingstop who knows what they do to the food here when they can’t label a bag and they don’t seal it.

There was water all over the floor and not a single employee was washing their hand. I visited today at 2pm. I will be calling the health inspector.
