Unbelievably slow service. It took 30 minutes just for some wings and a chicken sandwich. Absolute insanity. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Prioritize dine-in customers before you do mobile orders!
I was not interested but my son wanted to go. Glad we went and I will go again. I didn't even get a plate I just had a few of my wife's and tried our sons selection as well. Lots of oil was the only complaint.

Took over 20 minutes past the ready time for my pick up order. Everyone in there needs more urgency in their step, management needs to get it together.
The wait no matter in person or online is terrible, stay away, you will be disappointed. Ordered in person once and literally waited over an hour for food. Thought I would try online using the ap, said food was ready, I've been here over 20 minutes past the time it said it was ready. Have no idea when I will get food, this is definitely the last time I come here. Food is decent but service is so terrible that no food is worth this type of wait. Still waiting with no end in view.

It’s one of my worst experience in my life.the guys working here in tonight is very rude and racist.I even waiting for more than 2 hours,even it’s not busy.the dudes working there in tonight is very rude and even don’t know how to even talk with customers and I think wing stops take some appropriate steps to maintain it’s good staffing.
