I’ve eaten at Wingstop many times and have never experienced anything like this at any location — until this one.
The food was served cold, and to make it worse, there were two live bugs in my fries. Not dead — alive. That is beyond unacceptable and completely disgusting.
This isn’t just a small mistake, it’s a serious health and sanitation issue. No customer should ever be served food like this. This location needs to be checked and inspected because this cannot be happening.
I’m extremely disappointed and honestly shocked. I will not be returning to this location.

The workers are so unprofessional i seen them get in a group n after that they one by one walked to the front to just stare at me after i took my order, my father n i both noticed and i think it's werid to talk about a minor when all of them are grown.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Got my wings all burnt and dry. It was so oily as well I didn’t even eat it. The fries were so salty and peppery. I’m so disappointed. The Wingstop on Cesar Chavez is way better. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I ordered online everything perfectly fine and then I sat to eat and my chicken was dry with hardly any sauce went to ask for habanero sauce and they charged me $2 and something for the sauce I just paid for it but $2 and something for them not putting sauce is ridiculous
