Takes forever to get through on hold 5 mins. Very poor customer service on the phone. Employee favorite word was " no we can't do that"
Ordered thousands of dollars worth of food to be delivered at specific intervals throughout the day for my team of over 100 employees. Every order was late or was missing large quantities of food. Will never use wingstop again

Didn't have my food ready when my wife went to pick it up. Had to look it up on the computer, get a manager to verify, then start making the order, which took 15 more minutes. My wife got home, and the ranch and blue cheese dip I paid for were not in the box. Very disappointing experience from this wingstop. Gave attitude to my wife when she called (put on hold multiple times). Very bad customer service. **AVOID THIS LOCATION, THEY CAN'T HANDLE ONLINE ORDERS.

Was very disgusted I witnessed one of the men behind the counter blow his nose multiple times, & then proceed to cook our food. He then proceeded to sneeze in the food prepping area & still… not washing his hands.The establishment is extremely messy & has a weird smell.Super disappointed & almost didn’t want to proceed with receiving my food. My husband was starving so we did, & the food was very mid.Overall not happy with this experience.

I ordered online and I expected it to be busy because it's a Saturday night. But waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to come to me as I'm waiting under the online/call in pick up sign and having no one even look at me is beyond awful. They didn't even come up to me in the end, I had to walk up to them after someone else got their attention.When I mentioned how long I have been waiting I was told they they don't see people standing under the pick up sign and it gets confusing with the online pick up sign and the dine in sign.They should be check over that at that spot every so often when it's busy and what do they mean by it's confusing? It clearly says online pick up and dine in pick up. What is confusing about it? I wasn't offered anything because of the wait and wasn't told sorry.

First off, the young women behind the counter today were awesome! Got a big order, and she got it all right when she read it back even with changes made she was polite and had a smile. We had a 25-minute wait it was very busy when we went in. The food is cool, your basic hot wings in the flavor of your choice, nothing too exciting, same the fries.

I have loved wingstop for a very long time. I've never really had any issues in the past besides an insanely small portion of cold fries every once in a while but they've made it right. This last weekend we got the usual boneless deal and to my surprise, I bit into a piece and was greeted by the most disgusting and foul texture/taste. Not sure what it was but spit it out and could not finish the meal. I felt sick for the rest of the night and the following morning. I decided to reach out to the Twitter support as I have in the past. They assured me someone from upper management will contact me. As of now, it's been 5 days and I have not received any contact. I sent an email to their main contact page the other day and I woke up to an email. They sent me a $10 gift card, while I really appreciate the gesture, I haven't been contacted about my experience, haven't spoken with anyone, and it seems like a small amount considering they didn't offer to refund the meal given the circumstances.Usually have a great experience, not sure if this is just a location issue or just an issue that is more on the corporate side of things.It’s been over two weeks and I have not yet been contacted. Except for a 10$ gift card that doesn’t even cover the meal.

I left a tip because they actually stock the Coke Refresh machine with all of the flavors and NOT A SINGLE soda was out of order. It’s rare nowadays to see one of those machines with everything available on it. That’s impressive. Thank you for that.
