Came inside and only one person was waiting at a table for his food and there was no line to make an order. I stand in front of the worker at the cash register and doesn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Then, he asked me if I had an online order which I said no I don’t. Instead of taking my order he continues to ignore me and let me remind you they were not busy. This happened at 1:12pm and I am disappointed in customer service.

Placed a pickup order that was posted to be ready by 11:16. Waited until 11:40 while the workers worked with no urgency while the room was full of people waiting. Saw 5 people come in after me and get their order before me. Won’t be coming back here.

Absolutely disappointed at this location, having given this location and poor reviews the benefit of the doubt, I ordered 20 piece wings and fries to go. After getting home I opened my food and realized that there were only 16 wings along w/cold fries. After contacting the store about my order, the only solution they had were to refund me the 4 wings instead of correcting my order and remaking it as it should have the first time. They also did not allow me to speak with a shift lead or manger and told me I wasn’t able to receive a refund either. Insane.

This is my first post ever for this store but thought worth mentioning. Today was hot but the food was great. Whoever runs the store and the schedule needs to hire more workers. Seemed hectic today. I come in here weekly and This tall curly hair boy seems to always be busting his butt but always seems extra polite. The family in front of me today was really rude and he was really polite anyway. He deserves 5 stars in attitude.

Edit: changing from 3 to 1. Came 08/27 and got food poisoning. Both my man and myself are having intense stomach cramps and issues.
Consistency is questionable! Sometimes my fries are over salted, cold, or just right. My wings/tenders?they dometimes get the wrong flavors, forget items, but sometimes nothing is wrong. I come here every couple weeks for dinner and its hit or miss. Will today be the day they forget something? I've now just made it a habit to check my bag before leaving now. There was a solid week or 2 where they were completely out of half the soda options, and the carbonation was out.
But the workers are nice

The food is great I’ve only had one problem since I’ve started ordering from them, and that was when I food to have delivered, and the food never made it and was canceled, but was charged for it. I’ve talked to the manager and he was very helpful, and was Willy to help me get my money back. Overall wingstop is amazing, and I will continue to order from them, and have my food delivered.

Soggy wet fries

Refused my brother a cup of water to go with his meal and insisted he pay for a soda even though they have water on the machine.

No AC going in 100 degree day.

Asked staff about one of the sauces and they just said “don’t know” and stared.

Worst Wingstop hands down. It's been a little over a year since I had a bad experience there so I decided to go back since it is close. Again worst customer service. I'm done giving this place chances. There was a conversation and drama going on between a few of the girls up at the register and when I asked a question it was like I wasn't supposed to be in there and I was interrupting their conversation. Whoever Jasmin is I know more about her now from their conversation 🤣

I don't know about any of this because we had never been in there before asked the woman behind counter for a paper menu so as to look over the prices and there were no prices on any item just the calories which is bound to upset anyone. Who doesn't put the prices on a menu . So we left.

I had a really bad experience at the Wingstop on Blackstone and Nees. I ordered corn and it came out still frozen — it literally had ice on it. That’s unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care in how the food is prepared. The overall quality was disappointing, and I won’t be coming back to this location
