First off, the young women behind the counter today were awesome! Got a big order, and she got it all right when she read it back even with changes made she was polite and had a smile. We had a 25-minute wait it was very busy when we went in. The food is cool, your basic hot wings in the flavor of your choice, nothing too exciting, same the fries.

I have loved wingstop for a very long time. I've never really had any issues in the past besides an insanely small portion of cold fries every once in a while but they've made it right. This last weekend we got the usual boneless deal and to my surprise, I bit into a piece and was greeted by the most disgusting and foul texture/taste. Not sure what it was but spit it out and could not finish the meal. I felt sick for the rest of the night and the following morning. I decided to reach out to the Twitter support as I have in the past. They assured me someone from upper management will contact me. As of now, it's been 5 days and I have not received any contact. I sent an email to their main contact page the other day and I woke up to an email. They sent me a $10 gift card, while I really appreciate the gesture, I haven't been contacted about my experience, haven't spoken with anyone, and it seems like a small amount considering they didn't offer to refund the meal given the circumstances.Usually have a great experience, not sure if this is just a location issue or just an issue that is more on the corporate side of things.It’s been over two weeks and I have not yet been contacted. Except for a 10$ gift card that doesn’t even cover the meal.

I left a tip because they actually stock the Coke Refresh machine with all of the flavors and NOT A SINGLE soda was out of order. It’s rare nowadays to see one of those machines with everything available on it. That’s impressive. Thank you for that.

Doordash pickup. Waited 20 minutes passed pickup time. I was told they were understaffed. I get that, but both employees were working at half speed. Neither of them cared. When I arrived I was told my order was a few minutes out. 20 minutes later I was asked to contact my customer to change sauce because they didn't have the sauce they wanted. I get being understaffed but be honest about getting orderes done. I would have passed to another driver. I had another order to pick up and it's not fair to them if these guys make them wait longer giving me bad information. I'll pass picking up from here in the future. Not worth the time or headache.

Don’t order from DoorDash! Victoria you should be ashamed of your store, and your lack of customer service. No apology, just "DoorDash will give you a refund," And the fact that I told you I had previously given your location an amazing review, you didn't even seem to care. Spent over $40 originally before my refund.They had the nerve to pack a large chicken wing combo without the fries. My meal was ruined. I basically paid $30 for some wings and a soda.I would of offered some kind of in store compensation. That's just me because I actually care about my customers.And the wings were overly cooked!

They are literally closed at 10:30 p.m. even though online it says they close at midnight and on the door it says they close at midnight. I have personally been in this location after 11:00 p.m. when they were open but tonight randomly they told me they close at 10:00 p.m. It seems like there is a management issue at this location.
