DONT DO THE SURVEYS!!! I left a good survey for the free fries they offer. I sent my sister to redeem the fries. My sister told the cashier she was there for the free fries. she sat there for 5-10 mins for the fries. AFTER waiting that long, Elizabeth(the same cashier that helped her) told her she couldn’t have it because the order had to be placed that day. My sister showed her that the email says we have 14 days to redeem it. Elizabeth still refused. I had to come down myself before she finally gave it to us with a stank as face. Why offer free fries when you’re just gunna refuse to give them out??

Asked for chicken well done it wasn't well done. We waited 20 extra minutes for fries and they were still soggy, not even fresh (we also said well done). On top of that we got a 75pc AND NO RANCH. This is embarrassing you guys, I used to work at wingstop, you should be on the side dressings. Not too bad, I had better wingstop.

i v had hot wings from this place many times, i loved it. i like their hottest sause they put on it n their wings. their ranch actually pretty expensive ,yet so good.about 2 weeks ago they got me sick for like 3 days, i thought it was their hot sauce at first, but mostlikely it was their wings.i m now very skeptical about eating their wings again or ordering from them again.
