It’s great food and mobile. I was at UC Merced and bought the chicken shawarma bowl and loved it. The taste of it matched the looks and the fries on the side were very crispy. I loved the food and would go back every day if I had the chance.
I love their food truck and try to visit it when it comes to Fresno City College. I am a new customer and still need to explore more of their menu, but their chicken fattoush salad is delicious and flavorful. I also got to try their hummus today and it was very creamy and yummy. Service is excellent and they were able to accommodate a couple of requests with my salad today that made it extra perfect.
Food truck at Crow & Wolf Brewing, Clovis. Had the chicken Shawarma Plate with fries. So good, but the star of the offering was the hummus, best I have ever had: so flavorful and creamy.
