Dirty tables and no flavors to choose from. When asked if they could add more chocolate or vanilla, employee gave me a dirty look and said she would go check. Waited patiently, she never came back. Had to go ask her again…again with a dirty look she said there was no more.

I stopped in today and The young lady Named Autum was amazing. She was so kind to the Elderly Lady’s ahead of us despite their bitter attitude. She was refilling the toppings as we got some. Great service all around.Yogurt was so good Would totally recommend the Strawberry yogurt with cheesecake bites!!!

Too bad we even have to give one star because we would give it a zero for today. After a movie we always head over to Yogurtland and today was no different. Unfortunately the low quality service was unexpected. My son asked the employee kindly if he could get hot fudge on his yogurt please and she made a face and grabbed his container with what appeared to be a disgust look on her face. We both paused because we both saw and felt how she was treating my son when she asked if he wanted more. He said no thank you. At first I dismissed it because it is hot out and maybe she was having a bad day. I remembered the app so I started to get my phone and in a curt and rude tone she told us to take one container off and then I placed the second one on for weight. She gave the total of $18.15 and we handed her a $20. We asked about putting in our phone number and I saw the look on her face so I just grabbed our things and said no it’s okay just forget it she didn’t give me a chance to open the app. She responded with a curt tone again, well you have to scan it. We said oh you should have a better system, and I just wanted to get out of there because not only could you see the annoyance of our presence on her face but I did not want to escalate anything else over yogurt. We got $1.85 in change but no receipt. Not even offered one. It was 5:19pm and only one other family there that was already seated eating their yogurt so the store was not busy at all. And I tend to pay attention more to interactions with my son because he has different abilities, and I will take rudeness and let it slide for me, but not okay for my son.

Better than the other brands in my opinion. Yes it is a little more expensive by comparison. But won't disappoint especially if you're used to spending more for a venti coffee at your local Starbucks. This is about the same to me.

Their yogurt is delish!

Amazing staff! I was eating outside food with my friends nearby and was looking for a place to sit and they let us sit in their patio to let us finish our food! I then bought some yogurt afterwards and it wasn’t bad. Would recommend this place friendly environment and staff!

They let us in right before closing, so they are real for that.

Service is great here, they always have different flavors n always new toppings, I went yesterday sep 5 around 430 for my Daughter's birthday Thank you to the 2 ladies who made her feel special on her day we will be back

The yogurt is good but my kids would rather go to the munchies down the street. They also have basic flavors and cool ones here and there. Also they have a lot of toping but not like munchies.

The workers said that they ran out of propane when the patio heaters are connected to the gas line.The employee said they were told not toWhy lie to the customers.Worst customer service

Very nice place !! Staff are very helpful and professional, many flavors and clean you can sit outside and enjoy !!!
