We had a retirement dinner for my daughter there tonight. Everyone I spoke to regarding this dinner was very helpful in helping me pull this off. Maria who took my initial requests, Mike and Joey the weekend managers, to the waiters made our dinner perfect. The food was great and the service was excellent!! Thank you all so much!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared, especially for families with children with special needs.
We visited Yosemite Falls Cafe with our autistic son, who needs a drink to stay calm while waiting for food. We had brought a drink from another place for him, which is part of how we help manage his sensory needs.
Shortly after we sat down, a manager approached us in an extremely rude and bossy manner. I calmly explained the situation and asked if he could make an exception just this once, given the circumstances. Instead of showing any empathy or understanding, he raised his voice and aggressively said that if he allowed this for us, he'd have to allow it for everyone. There was no one else even around at the time. He was so upset that his face turned red, and he kept insisting “it’s the policy.”
We felt so humiliated that we ended up leaving. As a special needs family, we’re used to having to explain things—but we’ve never been treated this poorly. There was zero compassion or basic human decency.
I do not recommend this place to any family, especially those with children who have disabilities or unique needs.

Amazing staff, everyone helps each other, we got served by like 5 different people, very friendly. Food was delicious, good menudo. To go cups for drinks, calculate tips on the receipt for you. Over all excellent service, would 100% eat here again!

They should have closed Blackstone down left cedar restaurant open the food was awful, the service not the same took our waiter to take drink order 20 min just to take our drinks order the food had no taste the portions were small then ran out of bacon I will not be going back cedar had better food and customer service

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and welcoming service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting — the perfect start to the morning.
The food was outstanding! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The breakfast Buffett was the best I’ve ever had — everything looked perfectly cooked and beautifully, presented. The coffee was rich and hot, and the service throughout the meal was top-notch. We never felt rushed, and our server was attentive without being intrusive.
It’s not often you find a place that gets everything just right, but this place absolutely delivered. Whether you're looking for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, you’ll leave happy and full. We’ll definitely be coming back — and bringing friends with us next time!
