We were visiting from out of town and we tried to go to a pancake place but the wait was over an hour so we drove down the road to try this place since it had five stars on yelp. I can confirm it was definitely a five star experience! We walked right in and got seated, the menu has a good selection, if you’re not in the mood for Middle Eastern, you can always order a burger or pancake. But we got the chocolate banana French toast and the chicken hummus. Both were fresh hot and delicious plus the pita came out in cute little pillows steaming outside and in. We tried the hibiscus tea, the thyme tea and the pear parsnip soda. All of which were incredibly unique and delicious, a firework show of flavor for the palate. The owner works as one of the main waiters and he’s great provides awesome service. They’ve only been open for five months but they’re already professionals! It is a family business with family recipes from Lebanon that they opened here after fleeing the war. You can taste the love! Please try this place you won’t regret it!

AWESOME place! We walked in, and one of the owners seated us and went over the menu with us. He was so polite and appreciated us. The food, expresso martini, and atomosphere were excellent. I can't say enough about how good Zaatar Bistro is.

I looked up Arabic Breakfast and this was the first place to show up, and believe me this is a good take on modern Arabic food.
We were seated immediately and the server didn’t take too long to take our order. The service was great even one of the chefs brought our food over and i thought that was a nice friendly touch!
We got the Lahm bil ageen manaqeesh and Lebanese omelette. It was full of flavors and the portions were large I struggled to finish it off ?
I thought i was getting a different dish based on the menu image on here and the chef was more than willing to replace it for me although i made the mistake!
Highly recommend this place if you want to experience good Mediterranean food.

We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at this restaurant, and every meal was absolutely delicious. Each dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend starting your meal with the "Hummus with Basil," served with warm, fresh bread.
For your main course, you can choose from a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I personally enjoyed the chicken dishes, especially the wraps, salads, and plates.

When I walked I was taken away. I loved it the aesthetic was very authentic. Don’t get started on their speciality lattes they are soo good. The food was delicious. Can’t wait to bring the whole family here next time

We were seated with no utensils. We had to flag down the waitress after sitting for 20 minutes to tell her we were ready to order. Mind you a large party sat 10 minutes after we were seated and they received drinks before we did. The food was good but the service is 15 years behind. No wonder why restaurants now a days don’t last.

This is hands down the best food I have had since moving to the Clovis Area 3 years ago. Flavors were amazing, food quality was amazing, coffee was amazing. Huge compliments to the owners. This is now my favorite place to eat.
The Pistachino absolutely blew me and my wife away. Fresh humus was better than most that I have had in Greece, I don’t think there is a bad option on the menu.

False advertisement. Avocado Toast description states it is sourdough bread, and I received wheat bread. There is also no option to remove garlic sauce from the Chicken Burger through DoorDash. Ruined my lunch. The grilled chicken burger is not worth the 19$, it’s a joke. Not here to be negative or destroy this restaurants business, but I paid good money for this food. UPDATE: uploaded picture "avocado toast" is advertised with sourdough bread. I will not be ordering from here again. This doesn't appear to be a Doordash issue. The restaurant is using the Doordash platform to sell a product/service therefore, I believe that it is the restaurant's responsibility to make sure the restaurant's product/service is being advertised correctly on the platform being used.
