A little pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
The only good thing about this restaurant. Is there carnitas Chicharrones is and homemade tortillas? Their service was awful. They practically just toss the coffee on top of the table and said for us to make our self When I go to a restaurant, I expect them to serve me what I ask for. Instead of them making it i made it myself. Not good.
food was great restaurant was nice but the only bad thing is the restroom does it have a lock .
How you gonna have a restroom
but you can’t lock your door!!
you expect somebody to walk in while you taking the dump …
please fix the restroom door
I remember finding this place years ago before their original location shut down and happy to report its still as epic as always
Great place to eat at for real homemade Mexican food!! Especially with the homemade flour tortillas.
Carnitas were really good
Very delicious food and very friendly owner
The worst service and quality. We stopped in Fresno for work reasons and decided to eat in Zamoras. We ordered a cake to go and they didn't take 2 minutes to make it. It seemed strange to me but that's how we left. When it was time to eat it, we noticed that the carnitas were very dry and had nothing more than lettuce and 2 pieces of avocado and onion with the hard ring of the mask. It didn't have tomatoes or cream, cheese or mayonnaise. It was a cake disaster. We called them to see what they put in it and the girl said that her cook had put everything in it, including tomatoes. We told her that we didn't have any of that and the cook told lies saying that she had put everything in it. They are not so cheap to still not prepare them properly. This is how you lose your clientele because we will never go there again. They don't care about a dissatisfied customer. I don't like giving away my money to businesses that don't deserve it.

Everytime I go there I order a cielo mar y tierra molcajete, that's my go to favorite, it never disappoints, also reccomend their fajitas mixtas or any of the choices they have (this place is very authentic and also very affordable unlike many other dine in mexican restaurants in Fresno) haven't really tried many other plates, but so far I've been happy with their food and service (also their micheladas are so tastey)

Food is mediocre. Service is horrible. We missed a couple items we order & weren't offered until we were paying. I'm not sure if they need more staff.

My food was served Hot and in good time. Although the portions are deceiving because of the very shallow plates. And the homemade tortillas were burnt. As for the flavor, it was a little on the bland side. My Chile colorado was almost like Mole.
So I'd say it wasn't the greatest, but not horrible.
