I work downtown and wanted something healthy for lunch. I was surprised to know this place is open to the public and for lunch they had a salad and potato bar option. Also came with a drink and soup. Will definitely visit again.

This place is in The Radisson Hotel. It is extremely nice! Fresno has definitely had major improvements! I asked for recommendations on the wine. Told the server what I wanted and the manager came out with a bottle. It was exactly what I wanted! Great wine. A chef came out and talked to me about it. He said it's a Napa wine. The best! Ordered the Cobb salad. The salad is AMAZING!!! From the fresh chicken to avocado, bacon and hard boiled egg. Yummy! Just a pretty presentation too! The restaurant itself is very nice. Calm, low key environment. I also ordered bread with it too and it was delicious and fresh as well! From the time I walked in I was greeted and welcomed! The food was ridiculously good! The service was just as good! They earned every single star! The food came quickly as well! Great price! Delicious food! Incredible service! Highly recommended!

I came here for Breakfast on a business trip for Even though the staff is nice, the food is not hot. The oatmeal looks days old. They switch out milk from whole to 2% without informing because the milk is not labeled. No gluten free options upfront. No nonfat yogurt. No Greek yogurt for vegans. Wow. I should be able to walk in and get food I can eat without requesting everything, especially when I have to start work early. Fruit was always fresh, though

Breakfast here is solid. Supper was 85 with tip and I didn't care for it. The ribeye was super thin and it came with fries I could see a baked potato and veg but fries? For 30+? Kids grilled cheese was burnt. Daughter got BBQ wings app and even that wasn't that good.
Slow, inattentive service. I visit here several times a year and it's always the same. All I can figure is they've got a captive audience. No other restaurants nearby the Radisson except a casino. So frustrated next time I'll stay at a different hotel. Food is ok. (addendum: the staff tries hard to do their best. it's a management issue. 30 people and more coming in, with two servers. i peeked into kitchen. ONE cook! Radisson, get your act together. It's Doubletree for me in Fresno from now on)

Breakfast at Zest, inside the Radisson Fresno Conference Center Hotel, is cozy with an excellent selection of tasty offerings. Staff waiter John was attentive and well versed in the menu.

HORRIBLE food & HORRIBLE service. Pasta primavera was sooo dry with no flavor. & no veggies. Menu advertised entrees came with a starch & a veggie but that was falsely advertised. Also Ordered the irish nachos, again complete opposite of what the menu stated. It said sliced red potatos with beer cheese sauce bacon sour cream & chives. It was more like country potatos with brown potatoes not red, diced not sliced & no sour cream & barely any cheese. Coworker got the ribeye that was good. But i dont recommend this place & im a major foodie.
