Had 7:30pm reservation till got us to the grill at 8:30 till 9:10 nobody was there coz the grill was not hot . Totally worst customer service they dont care bout peoples time . Idk if there supervisor notice that every one have problem with there timings here
Our Cook-Justin was great! Food was great and his extra added light shows and food volcano with fire and around the grill made it really special for us! Our waitress Katelyn was very attentive, kind, listened to my allergy needs and always smiled! AND the Manager Winston was so put together, professional, personal-able and took a genuine interest in our needs and made sure we had a great experience there! Over all experience was wonderful!!!

The restaurant itself is stunning with beautiful views, and the chef performed well overall. However, several operational issues significantly impacted our evening:
1. We had a 6:30 PM reservation but weren’t seated until 7:30 PM. An hour delay with no clear communication or updates.
2. The waitress was friendly but difficult to hear due to high ambient noise levels.
3. Some dishes, like the fried rice was lukewarm, possibly due to airflow from the exhaust vents.
4. The wok lobster/shrimp combo was served chopped up in the shell, making it extremely difficult to eat with only a fork provided (no crackers or picks). We sent it back as a result. The menu should note if items are served in-shell, or appropriate tools should be provided.
5. As for the bill, we were informed the payment system was down and we could only pay in cash. As a large company (part of a casino resort), this felt unacceptable. Modern venues should have reliable backups for card payments. We ended up paying cash which we fortunately had otherwise we would’ve incurred ATM withdrawal fees.
These issues left us feeling the service was disorganized despite the nice staff and setting. With better reservation management, noise control, dish preparation details, and reliable payment systems, it could be a great experience. I might try again in the future but I can’t recommend it currently.

Food was better than Sakura Chaya and Japanese kitchen. Easily the rice was amazing, being bacon-fried. The waitress was nice, the chef was funny, and made the food good. The atmosphere was good; the sushi bar, the teppanyaki tables, and individual rooms were all clean and brand new.

A Night That Felt Like a Celebration Sukai at Table Mountain Casino
I never write reviews… like, ever. But Winston, Alejandra, and the entire team at Sukai made my wife and I feel so incredibly special that I had to make an exception.
We left the kids with the in-laws for a rare date night and showed up without reservations, not knowing what to expect. We were greeted by the manager, Winston, who could tell we were excited but a little unsure. Before the restaurant even opened for dinner, he personally gave us a tour of the stunning space and then led us to what truly felt like the best seat in the house. That kind of above-and-beyond hospitality set the tone for the entire evening.
Our server Alejandra (Alex) was an absolute gem warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without hovering. She gave spot-on recommendations, walked us through the menu, and every recommendation was perfection. The food was outstanding, but it was the service that elevated everything to another level.
After dinner we went back to the host stand to thank Winston again and tell him how amazing the atmosphere and staff were. We told him he should be incredibly proud of the culture he’s created. In the most humble way, he immediately gave credit to his team and pointed out his manager who was on the floor helping wherever needed. That kind of leadership and character speaks volumes.
Sukai isn’t just a restaurant it’s an experience. If you’re anywhere near Table Mountain Casino, do yourself a favor and dine here. Ask for Alejandra, say hi to Winston, and prepare to be treated like royalty.
Thank you for making our kid-free night one we’ll never forget! We’ll be back soon with reservations this time! 😊

Sukai at Table Mountain Casino is phenomenal! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Chongo was incredible on the teppanyaki grill—fun, interactive, and skilled, making the whole meal unforgettable. Mia was extremely attentive and provided top-tier service the entire time.

I took my son there for his 17th birthday and it was amazing. I loved every moment of it, The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was taking care of. They were extremely professional & they really catered to him and his needs. We’ll be back again next year, thank you for your hospitality, we felt welcomed & we really appreciate it. See you guys soon.

The food is okay but other Hibachi places are better also our server had an attitude which I did not appreciate and they sat us WAY to close to other people just because it was the end of the night and that made it very uncomfortable for me and my fiance as they were put at the end of the table by the corner and I couldn't eat without bumping them. Overall not my best hibachi experience

It is a nice place, the view is awesome but for the price I expected the food to be better, like our chef was more busier to flirt with some girls instead of of serve food proper (like I asked my meat medium rare the 1st time was well done so he redo it but the second time was medium well....if i was a chef I would like to be reminded for what I cooked, not for other things.
