“Do you want a nice getaway to relax and have a nice dinner? This is the place. The food needed work. Meet felt as though it had traveled and was previously frozen. Just tougher than expected, on all different cuts. Even the shrimp was not just over cooked, but tough. The service was great, aside from the waiter constantly apologizing for being late. I asked why they didn't just get more servers, but there was no answer. That would be my suggestion. If you want the nice ambiance to work, make sure the service extends the feeling of comfort. So don't make the servers try to cover more tables than they can to accomodate more guests. You have the space, use it. The Harp was a wonderful touch. It fit the acoustics of the room perfectly, and the Harp rendition of "Sweet Child O Mine" worked very well. The manager did come by and gave us a dessert for the food issues. And that was greatly appreciated. Me personally? I would have comped at least one meal. But in a casino restaurant, I can see how you may not have full trust in your patrons. But I can also see how you would want them to come back again and again to continue operating. So spend a few dollars making people happy to make a lot. We don't even know if we will return, and we live within a mile of the Casino Restaurant.”

“Couldn’t choose between asada nachos and taco salad but my server Carolina was awesome at directing me to the grub I not only wanted but needed! She was well-informed in all the aspects of each dish and was genuinely very positive regarding the quality and flavor of the menu. After opting for the chicken, which I never do, I found her comment of “nothing is dry here…” to be accurate. I’m very happy I went with her guidance of the taco salad as discussed. And all meat is the same cost, no extra $$ if you upgrade or lateral over to another type of carne: the food came out quickly and it was more than I even was already excited about! And my z$15 food comp covered it. Awesome all the way around! The thing is the size of my head, too”

“Our chef, I believe his name was Sevenh, was amazing. He was very friendly and welcoming! Awesome experience with our kids. Also, the staff overall was very organized and patient.”

“Pulled pork and jerk bbq sauce were delicious. The jerk bbq sauce is the best I’ve ever eaten (so far). Customer service is lacking, my takeout order wasn’t received and they didn’t want to fulfill the order. I wouldn’t recommend this location based upon the customer service but I do recommend the jerk bbq sauce.”

“All 5 star, but remember, it is a. subway, not a highly rated restaurant in Manhattan. However, my boy's have an allergy, and they are always cautious and accommodating to that. Even when I order online, they have recognized the order, or the person ordering, and made sure everything was created correctly. Thank you to those involved!”

“Just passed by Fresno, tried to look up for a restaurant that served Arabian food, golden grill pops up, into the screen, didn’t expect that the food is delicious, kobeh, hummus, and chicken shawarma is what I ordered, it’s super yummy 😋 and makes you energy full, I do recommend this place for people who travels from LA to SF, the team are friendly with their smiley faces ♥️🌹”

“O-iza is a treat from beginning to end, with a gorgeous ambiance, fabulous food with beautiful presentation, and caring service. All the details are thoughtful, from the rose water hand towels to the chopstick holders to the candles and light fixtures... You feel special just being in this beautiful space and being presented with such lovely plated dishes!
Our server, Alice, was fantastic! She guided us through the menu and made several suggestions, which were fabulous. We ended up ordering the waygu gyoza appetizer, which has such a nice texture and savory flavor. We also got the sea bass entree, which is served over a bed of risotto and oh man! This was so fantastic! Comfort food and cooked to perfection! We also got the salmon spoons from the sushi menu, also the servers recommendation, and these were a party in your mouth! Bright and fresh! Also, complimentary edemame is provided with your meal and it is the best! There's sugar and a little spice on it so its just so addinctingly yummy! Finally, we had to try the chocolate sesame desert, which had a great combination of flavors and textures!
Overall, we had the best experience and loved the service, food, and ambiance of O-IZA and can't wait to come back to try more!”

“You noticed how the stars quote, "I loved it" is past tense. Ever since I was turned on to this place it has been my favorite go to pizza place. However I've never ordered over the phone nor given them my number even though someone did, and ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple. I explained this to the manager who kept wanting to check my order to see What I ordered the last time. I explained it must have been someone using my credit card but that I have never ordered over the phone. I haven't given them my number. Period. No matter how long we talked he couldn't understand what I explained I've ordered at least 10 times. After 10 minutes I gave up but I'm very disappointed. They make an excellent pizza and I'm starving. I called and apologized for getting frustrated but that doesn't solve the problem...I still don't have any dinner. Apparently in order to get what I want I have to go in to the shop. That's the only problem I've got with this place and but it's still frustrating!”
