Wonderful short stay in Fullerton. The lady at the front desk was awesomely friendly and outgoing when we checked in, and we totally enjoyed the cookies and bottled waters at check-in. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Definitely a good choice and would book again.
But for the customer facing staff, this would have been a 2-star review. Parking area does not give guests a reasonable sense of safety. DO NOT use the garage if you can avoid it. Restaurant service is the slowest I have experienced in recent memory. 45-minutes from the time of order to the arrival of food, and this was breakfast during when they were not busy (only 4 other diners, all of whom had similar experiences). Parking: Sincé the bar is inside the hotel, you can Park at the front or at the parking lot next to the hotel, is like 2 min walk to the bar.
