7 Leaves Cafe State College

Not a big ice coffee fan but I got the house black iced coffee with some kinds foam on top and honestly pretty good even my girlfriend who usually has flavored coffee enjoyed it id recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already.

Normally, I do not go to the location. I got the drink. I always order the black sea cream. this time they gave me the bare minimum amount of cream, and they were very rude and looked at me like I was an idiot. When I wanted more, I complained about the amount of cream they took back the drink and it could no longer be sealed, making me unable to mix the drink. I asked for a refund, when the refund was finished, they took the drink from my hand and informed me, I wouldn’t get the money for five days poor staff, and poor service at this location. Kevin, needs to teach his employees customer service all over again.

Got the jasmine tea with sea salt cream foam thing....Jasmine tea flavor is weak.

Mainly taste sugar water with foam. Not worth the $5

I go to 7 Leaves every once in a while to get their Vietnamese Coffee. When I came this time around it was half filled. I've never had it that low before. The manager gave a smug look before he said it was company policy which is not the case. Poor customer service and obvious entitlement from management here.

Love the Vietnamese coffee! However the young Asian guy in the back making the coffee is an asshole! Cashiers are super nice though. Food is good!

I'm very disappointed in this 7 leaves location. Im an avid 7 leaves fan that has been to over 20 stores and this is the first time I've seen my drink filled halfway. The foam was filled for 30% of it. The cashier insisted that because I ordered no ice, they could only fill it half way due to this unique store location policy (I haven't experienced this at any other location.)

Have been buying drinks here consistently for over 2 years, lately they have been filling my drinks only part way and I did NOT request light ice. I ordered a viatnamese coffee and jasmine tea and I ordered them upsize but they only filled them up 3/4 of the way. When I asked the cashier about it she tried telling me they made it a while ago and the ice had melted which doesn’t make sense because the ice melting would not affect the amount of liquid in the cup, also I ordered it 5 minutes before I got there to pick it up since I live close by... this location seems to have a lot of unfavorable reviews lately. Please do better.

The staff is great. Very friendly. But the floor is disgusting. It's sticky with pieces of trash scattered all over and there's a musty, rotten smell in the place.
