Not as many selections as the other locations. I have been here different times of the day and a lot of the spots are empty. Last time I was here, I got a berry tale and it had custard inside Instead of blueberry.

nice big place, slower service but pretty lowkey. all the furniture was kind of beat up tho, and the parking garage smelled like an ongoing oil spill (at least it was free)

All the bakers goods are great quality however there is always the awkward situation where you are stuck waiting at the cake display as 1 employee is busy and the other just stands around at the other end of the counters kinda side eyeing you as you wait.Parking: The parking situation is odd. There is a parking structure, not sure about the cost though. There is free parking along the street for 20 minutes however space is limited.

Customer service has gone down!!! Placed order online 20 minutes before arriving. Then still waited for a while inside and finally I approached an employee because I was not acknowledged. Finally asked the cashier if I needed to let them know in the store about my mobile order. She laughed and said, well yes how else am I suppose to know your name. I emphasized what I meant and said, I mean for my order to be made. She replied, oh no I just didnt see it. Makes thet drink, places it on the counter without saying anything, no sorry about that, no thank you.
Very unimpressed with this place. My dad ordered a birthday cake online ahead of time. When he arrived at the pickup time stated, they fumbled around for fifteen minutes only to tell him the cake hadn't been made. They made some lame excuse that they were busy at the time the order was placed and didn't jot it down correctly. It was an online order placed the previous day, so clearly they could look it up anytime they wanted, when they were less busy. So a completely nonsensical excuse. They didn't even have that type of cake ready today, so they gave him a different cake. Won't be returning here and wouldn't recommend it.

I would give 5 star rating because of the taste and the affordability of menu in the bakery . Am good impressed with the cafe. Thx a lot . Have tasted 10 items of different pastries and tea over there . Happy and satisfied
