I've been going to afters off and on for several years , mostly for the Cookie Monster as it's a fantastic flavor. My issue isn't the flavors - they are delicious. At this point it's the amount that they give you for the price. I get it businesses need to make money - that's fine. But on the consumer end, when I pay almost 12$ after tax for 3 scoops of ice cream, I want to feel like I actually got 3 full scoops of ice cream - make it worth the price. I'm not sure what's happened to this place but it seems everytime I go the amount is different as time goes on. This particular time I once again got 3 scoops. However, it was more like 3 scoops that equaled 1 full scoops. As you can see from the picture below what I mean. Rich farms down the road (which is also fantastic) if you get 3 scoops you actually feel it's actually just that. The portion will be spilling out and lid barely fitting when they put it on... Portions need to match the price. Afters really needs to do better in this aspect, people don't have a problem spending for something that is already overpriced as long as they feel it was worth it... this isn't worth it and borderline a laughable ridiculous portion.

Great place to visit when you’re looking for some tasty ice cream. Took my family here today and loved the experience. Had our choice of flavor and out the door in no time. Great customer service. Our new go to when we want some ice cream.
It's not the most revolutionary concept of putting slightly melted ice cream in a donut, but this place nails it still! The donuts soft and spongy to keep that ice cream you tossed in there, well, in the donut. Ice cream choices are pretty good here too.

In Short,Great ice cream chain with a weird location.With a few more details,The ice cream is great and flavors are of a great variety.Service was ok but they seemed a bit overwhelmed.This store is at a weird location. Weird strip mall for this ice cream place and the store is small. No seating. It needs to be organized with belts or ropes to know where the line is. People were on top of each other and not knowing whose turn it is and can’t see flavors…But all in all I recommend this place. Good ice cream.

All I can say is cookie butter, cookie, butter, cookie, butter, cookie, butter! I have fallen in love with this flavor. It's nostalgic it's rich it's creamy and it's unique. I come here at least once a month for a couple pints.. a little pricey compared to the grocery store but you can't get it anywhere else. Good job Afters.
I was going to be harsh on this place but I have got to realize that this place just isn't for me. And even though it's not for me, I still like the ice cream.So with that being said I think a 4 star is good. Reasons you should go if you're contemplating: - The ice cream is good, maybe on the sweeter side for most of the flavors, but it's worth trying.- Their milky bun is a delicious way to have their ice cream- Compared to other big brand ice cream places it's either the same level or better depending on the flavors, so it's definitely a better option than those.- Generally good service, a few bad apples here and there but nothing major.Reasons you might want to skip: - A lot of their flavors are on the "too sweet" side- If you are for some reason going here for a milkshake, I can't recommend it, it feels way heavier than an in-n-out shake for a bit of context.Overall the vibe isn't too bad, service is alright, and ice cream is good.

I used to satisfy my ice cream cravings with their vegan choco monster flavor, but I think it's been discontinued, so on my recent visit I opted for the vegan chocolate chip flavor instead. I believe it had a caramel sauce and it was just a bit too sweet for me, didn't enjoy it as much, hoping choco monster makes a come back! But they have other interesting flavors here, & also offer toppings, I still recommend!

Horrible place came yesterday day and they had no vanilla and we traveled from Hemet which was an hour and 70 minute drive nothing else was open so came here and they had no vanilla this young guy said something about on Saturday we put other flavors away all they had left was disgusting flavors my advice don't come here late name is a joke so much for after midnight Shakes when they put classics like vanilla away on a Saturday.

Came here this past Sunday afternoon for some ice cream. It wasn't that hot but my friend wanted to meet up here. Last time I had the Frozen Hot Cocoa. This time I opted for the Cookie Monster ice cream. It was good, but I dislike it turning my tongue blue. It was a better deal before they rose their prices. $6 for one scoop of ice cream is pricy. I can get 2-3 scoops anywhere else. I used to get double scoops here, but now it's pricy and too many calories as well.

worst ice ream store ever made of chemicals and i threw up. never goinf there sagain. they dont make fresh there also and they make it in a warehouse. SERVICE NO GOOD ALSO.
