We went on a Friday night on a date and sat at the bar and had an amazing time. Not only was every food item fantastic Ethan was also a great server and chef offering great recommendations such as the chutoro moo which made my partner’s favorite and the Nikkei bluefin tuna which was mine. It was an awesome time with amazing food and thank you Ethan!

WOW! What a delightful and creative fusion of traditional Japanese sushi with Peruvian flavors. I enjoyed several dishes tapas-style, perfect for sharing and naturally slowing the pace so you can really savor each dish. The servers were warm, friendly, and very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I celebrated my birthday at Akashiro and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The Peruvian influence was apparent in the menu but never overpowering — everything tasted so intentional and thoughtfully crafted by the chefs. The ceviche was amazing, the nigiri was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and I loved that the rolls weren’t overloaded with rice — just beautifully balanced.
