I have try many other Pho spot in OC this one really ain’t it. The Pho is ok but consider the price you pay for and how much you get I wouldn’t recommend this it $16 for a bowl of pho and the bowl size if it else where would consider small size but here it be one size.

My daughter eat today 10/5/24, accidentally left the retainer on the brown napkins, in about 15 mins comeback to the restaurant and ask for help and told to employee that she left her retainer, they just took her number, comeback for the second time, and said it was thrown in the trash. As a mother I called the place and try to ask if someone can help. Spoke to Cathy N. she spoke no remorse at all without no value. On how to resolved the problem, and told me it was thrown in the trash, Is this how to handle customer when someone lost on there vicinity, no professionalism, not even try to help to find the lost item. Very disappointed to the service here. So if you ever lost something here the answer was it was thrown in the trash.... I am very disappointed how this place handle customer service.

As a Vietnamese person, I don't really go out of my way for Vietnamese food (since it's at home), BUT phở is the ultimate comfort food. Wanting to try a new spot, we ordered all the popular items at All About Pho! I was blown away by the phở broth quality, attention to detail, great service, and modern take on Vietnamese cuisine.
It's rare to see a place not use MSG and simmer their broth for 48 HOURS. I am very impressed by All About Pho and would bring my own picky Vietnamese family here!
food/drink: • Phở Sườn Bò $17 - comes with 2 huge 1 pound braised short-rib , it was so delicious and honestly an insane value. • Phở Xe Lửa $19 - the works: thinly sliced beef belly, beef tendon, beef balls, braised brisket and flank, and a short-rib everything tasted amazing! • Fish sauce Fries $10 - a neat tower of fries full of yummy fish sauce flavor. SO good! and comes with a cute little nuoc mam perfume/cologne bottle (-: • Matcha Coconut - refreshing + light drink! • Moonlight - seasonal green tea drink with lime and orange juice and honey and mint.

I love the pho here. It’s a little on the higher end side but the broth is rich and aromatic! Exactly what I’m looking for in my pho. I love the variety of meats they have! The nuoc mam fries are to die for. Crispy shoe string fries with a Vietnamese flare! Delish!!!! I love this place. The matcha coconut is super refreshing!

Sunday 9/22/24 Lunch at All About Pho in Fullerton. Trying out this restaurant for the first time. Order the pho xe lua with a Vietnamese iced coffee. The soup base was authentic and good; doesn’t appear to have too much MSG. The beef bone rib was tender and flavorful. This pho restaurant provides unlimited noodles so when you want more the service staff will bring you additional small bowl portion of noodles. I was testing out my appetite and I got 2 additional noodles bowls. There were plenty of meats to paired with the additional noodles. The ice coffee was good but not as strong as other Vietnamese restaurants as I liked.
David, service staff, was friendly and check on his customers. He worked hard and fast serving a crowded dining with weekend customers.
The restaurant has a nice decor and also robots to serve customers; very futuristic.

Most of pho restaurants in OC have great taste already, but this place brings a modern vibe that I love so much because they also care about the designs of the store. I felt like I am in Vietnam eating here because of the atmostphere. Pho is great, I also like their nem rán, but matcha coconut is their best drink in my opinion. Everyone in the store is so nice and cute. Will definitely come back to try more! ❤ ❤❤❤?
