I witnessed one of the most disgusting displays of racial profiling at this establishment. A group of Black men was singled out and forced to pay before dining, while non-Black customers were treated with basic dignity and allowed to pay afterward. When the video surfaced, the comment section was flooded with vile, racist responses—and Bag O’ Crab let them stand without a word.
Their so-called apology was weak and performative. If you allow racism in your policies, and then allow open white supremacy in your comment section, you’re not sorry—you’re complicit.
This isn’t just a bad look. It’s dangerous. I wouldn’t feel safe spending a single dollar here, and I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting a business that clearly doesn’t value Black lives—or basic human decency.
Do better, Bag O’ Crab. But don’t expect support from the communities you humiliate.

Why would she not give a valid reason for wanting them to pay but not the white people ? You need to fire her. You need to apologize to the customers. You must not need business or money. Omg, loved this place! The food is amazing and it shows how much love the chefs put into everything. They always give extra cups of sauce, and they have the CUTEST little robots that serve your food and play music! Staff was great, shout-out to my server Ari I'll defo be back!
We went to this place for the first time, not expecting much. It just looks likes a generic place in a shopping strip from the outside. When we entered, we immediately saw how clean it was and how friendly everyone was there. They were very attentive throughout the course of our meal as well! They have a little robot that brings your food out to you but the server is right there ready to get the food off of the robot waiter. The food was absolutely divine! We got the fish and a shrimp dinner instead of the combination plates. The salads were great as well! Overall, our experience was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a delightful surprise!

My family and I enjoyed our food the service was great as well. We found our new favorite spot to grab some seafood. I would really recommend the snow crab legs(just cooked to perfection). Overall I enjoyed my meal here and can’t wait to come back.

This place is amazing! Me and my family went and we LOVED the crab it was so good. The combo 2 was my favorite. It had crab legs shrimp,potatoes, sausage and corn so so good! Our server was amazing too she was very sweet and very friendly

Service was GREAT, there was a cool robot around, the crab was very flavorful, it came with gloves, scissors, crushers, and it was a great experiance, i definitely reccomend, and options for little kids like chicken tenders. 10/10
