Service was GREAT. Food was delicious!! I had been wanting to try this place for a while now and it did not disappoint. The spicy wings and fried rice had a little kick to it not too spicy. I will definitely be back and will try a different flavor of wings. Maybe something a little more saucy.

There is dine in seating. Good for small groups. The chicken takes about 20-25 minutes to cook.

Going through the other reviews I'm not sure if I just happened to come during slow service time but everything was flawless and awesome!!! It was my first time here and Andy delivered a phenomenal customer service. I come from a customer service background and I know when I see great customer service. 5/5 for his charisma and friendly approach from beginning to end! I decided to order the lunch box combowhich had all sides and protein components. i picked secret sauce and it wad the perfect level of spice and sweetness for me. Rice is a bit dry, but I'm not gonna ding it since it's just a side. The Ddeok-bokki was amazing. It was perfectly chewy and soft. I like the level of saltiness and flavor it packed. Salad has no dressing, but with so much going on it makes sense. Radish was perfectly pickled. The spacing is very small. Not ideal for large groups. I would say a comfortable number is 4 or less. It's kinda echoey, but with limited spacing it doesn't seem to be too loud. Will be coming back!

I have been here over a handful of times and really like it the most compared to the other locations I've gone to. My last three visits however have been not the most pleasant experience. First, my wings just lacking sauce, second the gentleman on the phone had a unwelcoming attitude as well as when I walked in to pick up my food his demeanor was the same (like he couldn't be bothered), third my wings took 45 minutes-- I realized I did call 45 minutes prior to closing time, but I was also quoted 15 minutes that it would be ready. I waited until they closed basically. I didn't catch the front of house gentleman's name, but he did apologize and exclaim that he "messed up" and offered me a drink for the long wait. It's kind of a bummer because I really enjoy this place but it just hasn't been the same for me.

Food is good. Service is good. Ambiance is normal. Small place for dining. We get honey garlic and the soy garlic they are both very very good. Would absolutely come back here.

Took my girlfriend here yesterday 2/5 around 6:30-7pm. We had ordered the rice plate when our order was taken but I still needed more time to order, about 2-3 minutes later I had ordered what I wanted and was told it would be an extra 15 minute wait. I agreed and waited for about 30 minutes. I asked for the status of my order and it turns out the cashier didn’t even place my order, he had forgotten. I had been waiting there w my girlfriend for a while, I usually don’t write reviews but my experience here wasn’t great at all, we won’t be coming back

Food was great, flavorful! But wait time was long, and I was given the wrong style of wings. At one point the chefs and the two cashiers/waiter and waitress were confused and mixing up all the orders up, and sadly mine was one of them and I did not know until I got home and opened the box. Disappointing to open after waiting quite a while to get my food.

3.5 star rating? Huh? Some of the best fried chicken wings I've ever had. Yelp reviews are tripping. Koreans know what's up when it comes to fried chicken. A little pricey imo but everything is these days. Super delicious can't go wrong.

I've been a fan of their chicken and wings for last 15-20 yrs ever since they opened location in NY. I was craving for korean style chicken and ordered some foods-to-go while i was in my car. I guess the speaker inside of car was not so clear and my not so fluent english made it worse for staff to understand. She sounded so annoyed and gave me that condescending tone . I got upset and almost ended up shouting my order. But after that, I and she seemed to have toned down. Anyway, i got there and picked up my order. I even paid tip even though it was to-go-order. But maybe it was just coincidence or she was upset, when i got home to open, i found no radish( I was supposed to get 3 ), no plastic utensil of any kind, no napkin, no condiment of any sort, no nothing. only foods in the bag. Maybe part of it is my fault for raising my voice. I hope they just forgot to other stuffs because it was too busy. But, if they meant not to put those, I have worked at fastfood place before and i have small business myself and we do get pretty nasty customer from time to time but not providing what customer paid for is pretty bad. korean chicken without pickled radish was pretty bad. chicken was still pretty good but the service experience was bad. probably wont go there for an while.

Garlic wings are so good here with extra ranch. One of my go-to cheat meals. I recommend ordering online ahead of time as you will have a bit of a wait if you order there.

Ordered 1 large og wings and 1 med soy garlic wings. they offered ONE ranch and any additional was $1. the guy on the phone acted like he was doing me a real solid by offering the 1 ranch... the order was around $60. told them to cancel and went to popeyes. they don't charge

I like BB.Q Chicken, and I have tried several branches, but this location is by far the worst one. We ordered Cheeseling and Secret Spicy, but the quality of both flavors was really bad. The chicken was so dry, like chewing wood sticks. It seems the chicken was extremely dry, possibly because they're selling re-fried leftover chickens. The Secret Spicy sauce has a weird, stale, old, vinegary aftertaste, and the Cheeseling powder was crumbled, like old, stale cookies. Now, I can see why this place has many low-rating reviews and is known for poor-quality Korean chicken in town. I strongly recommend placing an order with another BB.Q Chicken branch if you'd like to try good Korean chicken that's worth your money.

Awesome business with a really good vibe. Customer service was great, food was delicious, just overall a really good experience.

I got scammed! The chicken wings are the size of my thumb.. I wouldn't be as upset if the chicken was always this size, but when we visited this location before it was never this small. The restaurant is charging the same prices for less. FYI for those trying to visit this location!
