Bear Cup is a cute and cozy cafe with a great atmosphere, highlighted by a wall of bears. The interior is cute and the place is very clean. It is described as a great study spot with free wifi and multiple outlets for charging devices.
The menu has lots of options, featuring endless tea and food choices. Specific drinks mentioned include the chewy and yummy boba, the refreshing lemon white peach, the small cheese foam green tea, the matcha taro green tea, the Lemon Green Tea, and the superb Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Food options include bowls and delicious popcorn chicken. A pleasant surprise for some is the availability of Sago, which is not typical at many cafes. Customers can choose their sweetness level and ice level. The boba is noted as not being as expensive as at other spots.
The staff is very nice, patient, kind, and provides excellent and quick service. A minor drawback is that parking can be kind of a nightmare, especially near the fitness center, though parking closer to the restaurant side of the plaza is suggested. Overall, it is a place customers highly recommend and are eager to return to.
