What really stood out was the service. The staff was attentive, quick to change out grills, and always made sure we had everything we needed. They explained the menu clearly and checked in often without being intrusive.

The service is terrible. They never came to check on our table or provide more drinks. My grill was burned and they never came back to offer more meat. They make me wait for like an hour for the check.

Came during opening and it was slow. The service was horrible. There was no explanation of anything or how things worked. I asked a staff member a question and couldn’t get a proper response. The staff seemed unknowledgeable and confused. As someone in the food industry, I’m really shocked that this place has so many reviews. I hope Google rechecks them to see if they’re legit.

The food was amazing. The thin slice pork taste like bacon! I’d recommend the premium beef brisket as well. The place has option for shabu. A great selection of sides in a buffet style. A variety of sauces too. The service was great. The workers super friendly!! Overall, an amazing experience! Definitely will come back.

I recently visited this amazing KBBQ spot for New Years Eve, and I have to say, the experience was great! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and seated quickly. Our server, Irene, was absolutely awesome she made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with adjusting the heat and grill, making sure our experience was satisfactory. The meat selection was wide, with everything from juicy beef short ribs to tender pork belly. The sides, like the kimchi and salads from the food bar, complemented the beef tongue perfectly. Irene made the whole experience felt relaxing, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything else. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I’ll definitely be back again. :)

There was a great atmosphere and we were welcomed by a few servers. One noticeable server was Irene with great service and seemed very helpful. The experience was well as the meat was also flavorful. I recommend coming during the evening. If you come around night it is very calm, but there are less options on holiday nights. There are sometimes robots serving as well which is cool.
The meat here was actually really good, and you can tell they focus on quality. We were especially thankful for Irene, who helped us during our visit and was very kind and welcoming. The servers overall were friendly and polite. However, the waiting time for the food was much slower than what we’re used to at other barbecue places. It took long enough that it kind of threw off the whole experience. Because of that, even though the meat was great, the slow service brings it down to an average visit for us.
