I've never written a bad review in my life because I know how tough it is to run a business. But I feel like I have to share this experience. I arrived about 5 minutes before opening. The door was already open, so I waited at the waiting area inside. And a staff member rudely told me to leave. If she had explained that I needed to wait outside, I would’ve completely understood and even apologized. But instead, she just stared at me for a while and then suddenly told me to get out because they were cleaning—just few minutes before opening time. I’ve worked in a restaurant before too, and I’ve never experienced such unprofessional customer service. On top of that, the last time I visited, the staff wrongly accused my friend of not leaving a tip (when he absolutely did). There are many Korean restaurants in Fullerton and Buena Park, but this is the first restaurant that gave me these experiences. The ladys here seriously need proper training.

Terrible place to be at this time of the hour it seems. We're there just now 04/18 6pm. Waiting about 15 mins and no one come to us about breeding or asking us for waiting period. I SEE many tables available there's 4 to 5 staffs working but none of them pay attention to us, they just looking at us but no reactions what so ever. What kind of services you guys providing here? Humanoid? Worst welcome I ever received, terrible place and terrible experience.

This time i went here, the service was really bad. The waiters are very rude. We couldn't finish the food, so we ask for some boxes to go. The waitress made us an ugly face for that. Then, we waited a while for her to bring us the boxes, so we needed to ask again. At the end, when we were about to leave. The same waitress came demanding us to give a tip. She literally said: tip? Tip? Tip? No tip? We really felt so offended, because the time we spent there, the waiters only assist korean customers. They just don't care if you are not korean, and they just ignore you. It's so sad because i like the food there. But, i don't think go back again with this experience.

This restaurant is more delicious and has more portions than in Korea. The meat is especially delicious.
I used to go here once a week for a long time, but after the owner changed, the side dishes changed and the amount decreased. Recently, the amount of rice and soft tofu has also decreased. I think that if you raise the price, you shouldn't reduce the amount. I'm getting more and more disappointed and don't want to go there. I don't really recommend it.

There are many Tofu Casserole restaurants near by , but I like the food at this restaurant. Side dishes are fresh and tasty as well. I like the fact that they change the side dishes menu.
I've been coming here for 10+ years and the food has always been solid. They've gotten a little less generous with portions and ingredients (e.g. the mushroom soondubu used to include a bunch of enoki but that disappeared a few years ago) but I still enjoy it. Service always prompt and the space is clean and tidy.
