I went through the drive-thru around 11 PM and ordered some chicken tenders — big mistake. They were absolutely disgusting. The tenders were dry, hard as a rock, and tasted like they’d been reheated multiple times. Definitely not fresh. It was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I couldn’t even finish them. Very disappointed. Carl’s Jr. needs to do better with quality, especially late at night.

My ATM card information was compromised at this location. I went once in December and recently started noticing unauthorized transactions from this Carl’s Jr location only. The amounts are under 20 dollars and made as “phone, internet” vs “in person” method of payment.
I recommend checking your bank statements for any charges from this location you might’ve not made.

Im in the drive thru waiting. I can see the employees inside! It is 6:04 and they open at 6am. Terrible Service! Both employees arrived at 5:57am! no wonder they are not ready they should sleep earlier to wake up early for work!!
