I love this Carl's Jr it's my favorite one to go to... the customer service is outstanding and the food is great .. I'm a regular here and they treat me with respect and kindness... the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is wonderful... if anyone is hungry come to this Carl's jr you won't regret it ..

A very disappointing experience. Chris and Richard were totally not customer friendly. When asked about Manager, they told to call number on receipt for complain and laughed it out. They were okay with me filing complain but not ready to listen and resolve.

Breakfast burritos served with cold eggs and poor quality tortillas. Order was missing a burrito and had to ask for the second one. Didn't matter, had to throw both of them away because they were so terrible. I can't believe how bad the quality has gotten at Carl's Jr. The Karcher family would be so upset.

Watched a dozen people come in with paper coupons to be told they had to use the app to get the discount. Putting people on the spot and ripping them off is bad business. We paid $15 for a deal that was $5. Will not return.

Like most of Carl's Jr., this place is very clean, and the staff is friendly. My wife loves the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. We've been enjoying the food here for years. No complaints about the quality and quantity they serve. Our main concern is how high the prices are climbing.
