Had a craving for a Western Bacon and stopped by this location. Only to wait in line for 5 minutes without a single acknowledgement from any of the employees. The only person taking orders was only taking drive thru orders and ignoring the line inside and when I asked if I had to go to the drive thru to place an order, she said "I'll be with you in a moment" rudely and at that point I just left without ordering. One other person ahead of me had already left without ordering. Very poor service and attitude.
If you're going to overprice your food, you should at least provide good service.

The service was very poor tonight for the drive through. The food was okay, fry’s were soggy though. Very over priced for the quality overall. Sad to see how expensive they have become for such everyday fast food.
Worst experience of Carl's Jr. The bread was not fresh and the chicken wasn't cooked properly. Would not recommend this at all to anyone.
