Expensive, charge for everything (even 4 an xsmall cup of ranch), slow service, not very clear with self serve directions. I ordered a drink with light ice, it was room temp and almost all syrup! Super sweet, with a few tiny cubes of Mango. NOT at all like the pic posted on the menu. Won't be going back.

Very unpleasant experience here. The beverage I received was extremely warm, when it should have been cold. Upon asking for ice or for the drink to be remade, I was told the cup of ice is $1 (the plastic cup). After paying $44.38 for multiple drinks, this is extremely upsetting. I have never heard of any boba place being unable to refund, or charging for a cup of ice.I brought a party of 7 and they could not assist me with one drink? This is extremely upsetting, and the customer service was horrible. The manager was unhelpful, and unable to accommodate our request (to ice or supply ice). He said he was unable to refund the drink and he would need to refund the entire order. How can this be possible? This store has many customers a day, how can refunds or accommodations not be made? They told me that only the owner would be able to make refunds, and yet they had no way for us to file a complaint or notate that we wanted a refund. Where are the processes in place?I’ve brought many people here but this was the worst experience I have ever had! I am extremely upset and disappointed.

They don't give you salt if you ask them. High prices and you have to pick up your order upfront. You also have to clean and take your dishes up to the cart. That's fine but at these prices you would think they would at least bring the food up to your table .

Sadly, this establishment uses sly greedy business practices that are not in favor of the customer. I came here for a celebration and purchased 7 drinks totaling about $45. 1 of my boba drinks was not in my favor (and completely unopened) and I had asked management to simply provide me a cup of ice. They said I must pay $1 additional. I thought that was weird and felt unnecessary to give them more money for ice. So, then I asked for an alternative and they said they could pour out some of my drink and add ice, and that seemed like a worse option as that felt very wasteful. Not liking the options given, I asked management to take the unopened drink back and provide me a refund. They informed me that they could only provide a refund to the ENTIRE order and not just one drink, so for that reason, they could not help me.How hard is it to refund a $6.50 drink? What does this mean for you, the reader? If you happen to order multiple items and for some reason you need a refund on ONE particular item (e.g. food was not cooked properly), they will NOT help you. They will keep your money and blame you for it since they “cannot refund one item only.” If you then say you want a refund for the entire order, their rebuttal will be: “We cannot do that because you already drank/ate each item from your order,” or, “Not everything in your order was a mistake.”Shady manager with tattoos on his arms especially will NOT help you.Do yourself a favor and drive around a little, there are many other drink/snack spots in the area.I hope the owner sees this and learns that there were 7 very unhappy customers here. We will never be back here again and will always warn others to steer clear from this place. The sad part is, I loved coming here before. But poor management ruins it all, once again.

I would give this place a 5 star review if it wasn't for the crowded area in the entrance/exit. For some reason the bigger door has been blocked with some waitting chairs and signs asking you to use the 2nd door. So you have enter and exit through a door where a lot of people are trying to order and you will end up bumping elbows with someone or stepping on someones' shoes.

Had a large selection of smoothies, milktea and food. Staffs were nice and the place is cool.

Not sure what happen to this place. Worker don't leave their counter so everything is self service. We were here on a Friday night and there was only one table sitting except us. I'm not going to even bother to go on detail of our experience. Me and my wife were complaining to each other on the drive home. Definitely won't be back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Especially to a vietnamese person. If you want real pho then go to phoholic by 22 freeway and Beach Blvd. This place alway has long line because it serves real pho.

They’re website makes you order from their three options it makes you wait 30 min to pickup. And then they tell you they no longer work with that company and don’t help you IN ANY WAY! They don’t offer to replace or help or acknowledge that the app on their Google forum web search doesn’t work. The manager talks over you and they act d**** I been their loyal customer always tipping 20-40% out of kindness foe their business and referring to coworkers. I am so DISAPPOINTED THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

after work foods ! the ordering had changed quite a bit from when I last went back in 2018 but the food was still good. sad they cut down so much of their menu tho bc I think abt their pineapple fried rice all the time and now I can't have it ?

I ordered here twice (once via phone and today via web) but both times they ignored my request for no cilantro. If this is not an option, shouldn’t they give me a call that cilantro is a must? Very disappointed.

The food is delicious. There is spicy and non-spicy food. The drinks are very rich and there is a great variety. You must submit online, you pay and you can choose to take away or to eat inside.

Because of covid they have gone "self service" route meaning you have to scan a QR code, order online, pay online, then wait for your name to be called and pick up your food at the assigned window. If you're technologically challenged id say maybe this isn't the place for you. But if you don't mind the extra step then I would definitely recommend you come here! Their drinks are so good, their pho was super good, and overall environment was nice and relaxing too.

the loss of a great shop.I went here for years. Since the first location in garden Grove, the valley view location in cypress and my hometown of Fullerton. This last visit I was trying to take advantage of their dine in option but the clerk refused to sell us anything from the counter as a dine in option. The new system for dine in is a frustration not worth the energy and it needs to be addressed. The clerk would only point to a distant table from the Togo counter and told us, all done in options are serf Seve only! With no further explanation.Self serve being: You have to scan a qr code pasted to the table and order from your phone, however their website refuses to sell you food unless you create an account with them at check out and save a credit card option in their database. The 2 of us spent a frustrating amount of time on the website and after 20mins we realized this company does not care about serving us and so we took our bussiness across the street. I will say, I am still a fan of the drink menu and desserts but I can not see myself patronizing a dine in service that is non exestient. A suggestion for a fix would be to offer everything Togo and allow patrons to use the tables as a picnic option as they please of this establishme t insists on "self serve, dine in". Something needs to change.
