This place is ok. Location is ideal. Parking can be tricky as it is located in the back and Takes some maneuvering to get to. Ordered signature MT. It's somewhat tasteless. Though the boba itself is not bad in a sense that there's a subtle tea aftertaste. Which is unique. Don't think I've ever had that experience I think for $5 a drink the taste should be a little better Will probably give it a try again. As I had mentioned the location is rather ideal. Central and close to schools, major restaurants, churches etc.

Milk Tea boba Overall really good milk tea. Tea had a great flavor not too sweet. Came in a big cup with cute heart. My only issue was the boba was under cooked but even still the tea was so good I would come again. Delivery/customer service was excellent

I love boba tea! I try all boba tea places I pass by. Chatime's taro milk tea is hands down the best taro milk tea I've ever had! I love the texture and flavor. I would drink 2 a day if I lived closer.

I remember when this spot first opened up and I knew it was going to get huge success only because it's right across from the street from your two main schools, including Fullerton College and Fullerton Union High School. Feeding off of Thomas P., the self pronounced "Boba King," I have to agree with his point about their milk teas having a heavy milk taste and no emphasis on the tea. Here's what I ordered: **Thai Tea w/ Boba: Whenever I order thai tea, even a delivery, it's usually served with two layers, premixed, with a layer of tea and the milky portion, but this was already mixed with a very bright, light orange. First sip and the ones following were really disappointing. First off, the tea itself was very light and the amount was absurd. All I tasted was a very strong taste of artificial milk with a dab of actual tea. Along with that, the boba was very firm with no flavor at all. $4.50 for pretty much watered down artificial milk and bad boba for an extra $0.50 is and was a complete disaster. How do you screw up that bad especially after being open for a little over a year? (1/5) **Taro Milk Tea: 98% of the boba spots you'll go to will use artificial taro powder instead of real taro bits, which is not a problem for me at all. This drink had a bit more of the powered taro flavor, but the amount of milk was on the heavier side as well. It wasn't as watered down as the Thai Tea, but it wasn't something to write home about either. Execution could've been better for this one as well. (2.5/5) **Hawaiian Fruit Tea w/ Jasmine Green Tea: Surprisingly enough, this was easily the best drink of the trio I had ordered. It wasn't insanely sweet, nor did the tea have a strong artificial taste either like your typical boba spot. It had the perfect amount of sweet and tart. It was delicious and my mom even liked it as well. (4/5) This is a tough one because the milk based teas failed miserably, but the tea was actually above par. Prices are also high and boba was clearly not close to being good. Before you go flaming my review, I do understand that times are tough especially with this COVID-19 outbreak, but my standards for food and drinks have not dropped at all. I will not be returning.

Chatime is definitely one of the best boba shops in the OC that I feel like not much people know about! They have a great menu of not only drinks, but also sell noodles and little treats on the side. My absolute favorite is their banana milk tea! Their friendly and welcoming employees are also something important to note! I highly recommend this place! :)

One of my favorite boba places in the downtown Fullerton area. It's never crowded. The workers are always really nice. They let me bring and use my own cup which is awesome! We love a business that is eco-friendly! I recommend trying the banana milk tea and the Hawaiian iced green tea. I always adjust my sweetness to be 50% or lower. Definitely go during their happy hour. It's from 8pm-11pm and its 30% off any drink! It's honestly such a good deal. The only downfall is that they aren't open on Sundays, which is kind of inconvenient. Otherwise, pretty solid boba spot!

Conveniently located right next to Fullerton College, I can imagine how Chatime could get busy around certain rush periods. For an off-time on a weekday there were a few people studying inside and it was quick to place an order. Today I selected a Jasmine Green Milk Tea using milk (rather than creamer). The tea was good quality, the jasmine taste subtle but lingering on the palate. I asked specifically for fresh milk (options were cow, almond, and soy), and it was the same price which was nice (other chains will upcharge for that). Using milk rather than the common creamer results in a drink that is less creamy, but smoother when drinking. It also decreases the amount of phlegm that is produced as a side effect. Disappointingly the topping selection is limited (was looking for aloe), one type of boba and a few jellies and pudding.

Delicious milk tea with boba and a cool atmosphere. I went with the summer special, their signature milk tea, only 2 dollars while the special is in effect! They had an extensive drink menu though for people wanting something different. They offer a loyalty program / coupons through Five-star
