Overrated! Food is less than average.
Ordered a deluxe meal and nuggets, the nuggets were literally everything but nuggets and the chicken in the sandwich had a weird taste and not cooked well.

46$ worth of menu. 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 order of nuggets. My wife, myself and my granddaughter. Short wait, the food was warmer than most. Both the bun on my chicken sandwich and my wife's crumbled 1st touch. That's a theme I've noticed with chic-filler. I wouldnt eat here again.

First time at this restaurant, I don't get the fuzz. There's nothing amazing about the chicken on the breading, the bread tasted old, and if you know, you can taste all the preservatives in it, it was awful. The sauce wasn't memorable either. To top it off, I got the wrong flavor soda, and to make it worse, I got my least favorite flavor. Bad experience not coming back.

Not only does Mirah have a smart mouth but they took out fries out of my original order because I had a coupon for a medium fries rather than large fries because on my previous visit my sandwich tasted like old oil. Like why not just honor it? After I pointed it out she had no comment or feedback but before I left she said have a good night and since I didn’t respond to her she then said as I was driving away “well my pleasure” keep your rude attitude at home. I’m not even going to waste my time calling customer service. Not going back.

I had a catering pickup order earlier this week and was assisted by Anna. She was truly a breath of fresh air. I know chick fil a employees takes customer service very serious however she was BEYOND AMAZING!! Every chick fil a should have them an Anna. Such a very sweet and beyond helpful woman I appreciate you ANNA and hope they give you a raise lol

I ordered two chicken burgers, two eight-piece nuggets, and two fries for the kids' lunch today.
I asked for them to be packed into two bags, but they put two burgers in one bag and two eight-piece nuggets in the other.
I could tell they did it on purpose because they thought it was a bit annoying. How can they be so rude while smiling? The employee was really rude.

I brought each kid a bag for lunch, and one kid got only nuggets, and the other got two burgers, which was disappointing.
I don't want to go there again because I feel bad about spending my own money.

I have never encountered such poor customer service. I received an incorrect order at the drive-through, returned to the restaurant with my receipt, food, and the card I used for payment, yet the executive assistant manager denied any reimbursement. Both she and Diana were exceedingly rude and unprofessional. They conspired against me to humiliate me, ensuring their voices were loud enough for the entire store to hear. (There is more to this situation, such as when I previously called to explain the issue to the manager, who instructed me to return for a refund without mentioning that I needed to bring the food back. Consequently, I went to the restaurant, only to have to return to retrieve the food, and upon bringing it back, they still refused any reimbursement, among other incidents.) This was an atrocious experience. Attached is a photo of me returning the food and receipt. The biggest hurtful thing was the fact that they laughed at me while I cried out of frustration. They gave me the Cobb salad without chicken ( clearly you can see scabs ) & because there were scabs they couldn’t refund me the salad. Ridiculous
