Chipotle Mexican Grill

This restaurant is consistently understaffed. They are out of critical items like chicken at noon and 5PM. There aren't enough people working the line, bouncing from food prep to cashier

Cashier charged extra for chips we didn't order and tried to convince us to just take it instead of canceling the order. Also spilled meat onto lettuce but didn't bother to clean it. Quality and staff control are absolutely hotrible. Ended up just taking the chips we don't eat because the cashier was stubborn. Still want a refund. This is disgusting and an absolute violation of Chipotle's values and health code.

Came to splurge on a Sunday night dinner and was very disappointed. They were out two of the main ingredients we all like to get. Sunday at 7:20 and they didn't have the basics of brown rice or grilled veggies, I honestly thought better of them as a company.

Very disappointing order bowls and to find out they are out of brown rice. Ok fine get white no biggie. Then they are out of veggies completely also. Asked about how long for veggies the employees words “it will take a while”. Asked if they can substitute guacamole since no veggies and was told no “they won’t let us” proceed to checkout and find the online ordering has it own food kitchen and I asked if they have some veggies the young lady tells me if they are out their out to…. Which I find hard to believe. Very disappointing considering it is a Sunday night dinner time and would think they would be more prepared. They appeared to be fully staffed and when we got there there was only one couple ahead of us.

Horrible service from the manager tonight 8/06/25 The burrito was extremely spicy and the manager was laughing at me when I told him. I alway order this for my 9 year old daughter and he said if you can handle the heat you should not order here but I alway order the same. I asked for a refund and he asked me for my receipt I told him I threw it away and he said well you lose. Thar answer was very rude. This manager should take some basic customer service classes he has very poor skills. I can see from the reviews thar this store has a very poor quality employees and food and also is very dirty. Chipotle should fired this manager because he is making chipotle look bad.

Chipotle is always on point. They are super efficient, courteous and always cater to my toddler.

Service is very slow. There were no fajitas available for my veggie burrito and was told it can take 10 mins if I wanted to wait. I decided to wait and it took 25 mins and most of the workers were just standing around not working or cleaning any of the dirty seating area. I have not experienced this at any other chipotle.

Never go to that location again so dirty , they have 4 cashiers standing there not restocking or cleaning i had to wait for the salsa not even busy .
This is the 2nd time to order a veggie bowl without veggie fajita, his excuse was we run out . Really was 7 pm . Very bad .

I came and ordered a burrito bowl. The restaurant wasn't too busy. The food wasn't fresh. idk if it was shift change. The person who served me seemed in a rush. the food had no flavor. The meat was dry and hard. There weren't any other options to choose from they all were old even adding Tabasco lime and salt it tasted like trash. I had been craving this for a while. But I will now probably not order or eat here again. I'd rather make it at home.
