I really hate that this place doesn't honor their gift cards. Which, I don't understand why they wouldn't honor them and the staff doesn't know the reason why at least that's what they tell us. Really sucks...

Prepaid for an ice cream cake 1 week in advance. Days later I get a call stating I cannot get chocolate sprinkles instead of "birthday" sprinkles as requested. I also could not get message on the cake written in purple frosting as requested, neither. The day I went to pick up the cake, it was not ready at the time as promised. They also made a mistake while writing the message on the cake and tried to correct it poorly. I was very irritated as to why MY order was not ready as promised, and why I cannot customize the way I needed it for my daughter's day. I was told that they do not write on cakes until customer arrives, which is dumb, although it was fully prepaid, which cause me further delays. I would never recommend anyone buy a cake from here, and I will definitely not be returning for anything else.

This place does not have seating - not a criticism, just a heads up. The ice cream was good, but the waffle bowl tasted burned as if it was overcooked. Overall, the atmosphere is not pleasant because some lights were not on and the counters look really old with the wood varnish fading.

So disappointed. I’ve been craving ice cream for awhile so I decided to stop by cold stone and treat myself. I also go a waffle cone and as I scooped the ice cream I see a thick black hair. Seriously?! Really grossed me out and threw it away.

Decent, high-fat ice cream offers a nice mouthfeel, though the price is substantially higher than similarly styled parlors.The inability to modify their signature dishes or convert one into a milkshake hampers creativity, which is--again--a service offered by competitors.This particular location lacks seating, and has an awkward payment system requiring the employee to walk away with your card and turn their back to you. Perhaps invest in a mobile payment unit?Overall, i enjoy the place, but it's marred with many inconveniences.

Stopped by on a Saturday evening (9/30/23) for some their caramel apple ice cream (yum!) And the young lady that was working had a line of customers. She greeted us, helped the customers ahead of us and ourselves with a great attitude. I want her supervisor to know she provided fantastic customer service. Only regret I have is I didn't get her name as she had 3 more customers after us. I hope they see this and give her some much deserved praise.
It’s national ice cream day and we decided to go to this cold stone. As soon as we walk in, it’s so hot, gloomy and stuffy. Their ice cream is already melting while mixing. Handed me a melted ice cream. There’s a hole on the ceiling and it’s dripping water. Not worth the price i paid.

Great service. Young guys, so don't expect too much, but servers were polite an tended everyone that entered. Was able to get my order. First time coming in here and were able to do custom order for me. Was great. These places are a but pricey, but due to overhead and quality in product. Should not deserve less starts because of price. Open till 11pm.

Paid 36 dollars for 4 small ice cream cups? Asked to verify, cashier said this was the price? Seems like a bit much? He was the only visible employee so couldn't really ask anyone else, I'm looking online and see they're 4 to 5 maybe 6 with add-ons but only 2 of my cups had add ons, again I only got 4 of the smallest cups and paid 36 and some change I was confused and repeated the price to which the only employee says yes that's the price, something seems very off with this location, I've had coldstone in my area and the employee here immediately gave me a bad feeling when I asked him for the price he said one moment when to his off and came out with the total of 36, idk just my experience definitely won't return to this location.

Fun experience the nice lady behind the counter explained how it worked because it was my first time there and the ice cream tastes great. I think it was french vanilla with chocolate chip, cookie dough, fudge, and carmel. She was nice and I enjoyed it. Will definitely go back. :)
