We had our wedding at the Muckenthaler Mansion, and Colette's Catering truly made our day unforgettable! From the very beginning, Kim was incredible. She was with us every step of the way, offering personalized quotes from vendors, allowing us to bring in our some of own vendors, and hosting an amazing tasting session. The variety of food options we sampled made it tough to choose, but every dish was outstanding. We particularly loved the Korean beef meatballs!

On the day of the event, the service was top-notch. The staff were attentive and made sure our guests were well taken care of. They even made sure we, as the bride and groom, got to taste all of our appetizers and even made sure we got to enjoy our signature drink.

The Muckenthaler Mansion itself is stunning, with separate spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and late-night dancing. We had about 200 guests, and it never felt crowded. The venue was perfect, and Colette’s Catering was the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. We couldn't have asked for a better team to make our special day run smoothly.

I highly recommend Colette's Catering for any wedding or event, and the Muckenthaler Mansion as the ideal venue. Everything was just perfect!

Wedding planning is hard. Things go wrong and timelines get wonky, but the most important trait a wedding vendor can have is the willingness to move heaven and earth to make it perfect. Their food is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

My husband and I hired Colette’s catering for our wedding in May and we had the best experience. Working with Anthony and his catering crew was absolutely amazing! Anthony was was very attentive to every little detail from making sure the bridal suite was the perfect temperature to making sure my husband and I were served a hot plate after returning from photos with guests. Anthony made the wedding day go very smoothly. The food was amazing! Our guests made sure we knew the food was delicious along with the generous amount served. We loved how everything turned out. They are very professional and easy to work with! We definitely would love to work with them again and we highly recommended Colette’s Catering and Events!

My husband and I had the PLEASURE of working with Colette’s catering and we absolutely LOVED it!
We had the honor of working with Anthony on the big day and let me just say he knocked it out of the park! He was very attentive to every little detail. He made the wedding day go very smoothly. The food was FABULOUS!!! Our guests came up to us throughout the night and even days after the wedding and told us the food was really good and better than most wedding they have attended.
The bartender was very fun to work with, he made sure that all of our guests got the drinks they wanted and he even made our aunt a special drink (she’s very picky and gave him a recipe and he was accommodating!! P.S. She ADORED him).
They really were very attentive and made sure that my husband and I were very well taken care of.
We had our speciality cocktails and appetizers waiting for us the minute we said our “I-Do’s” which was an extremely nice touch!

This last weekend Colette's Catering & Events pulled off the bridal shower of my daughter's dreams at our home/backyard. Allie responded to my website inquiry and after communicating my vision for the event she stated she could help us pull together not only the food, but the rentals and florals as well! Having one person handle it all was such a blessing in this mom's busy wedding season. And wow, did Allie deliver. Not only was the food amazing from exquisite appetizers and drinks, to a top notch dinner, and the one-of-kind customized desserts...but she nailed the aesthetic we were going for perfectly. And moreover, every person that was present during the event (from the chef to the servers, to the bar tender) were respectful of our home, friendly and kind, and incredibly serviceable. I can't recommend enough. Every guest was wowed, and most of all this mom-of-the-bride, and the bride-to-be- were left feeling overjoyed.

Very professional and easy to work with! Rebecca was very responsive, answered all of our questions and put our event together in mere weeks! Food was delicious, and Rebecca made quick adjustments to special dietary requests for both vegan, and gluten free guests.The crew the evening of our party were hands on, always present, and attended to everything seamlessly.I would love to add photos from our event, but I was having so much fun I hardly took any!Would absolutely use Colette's again!!!!!

The catering service was perfect! We were fortunate enough to have this Catering company help us at the last minute. I have to say it was probably one of the best food spreads that I have had at an event in long time!!!!

We hired Colette's Catering for our wedding this March and couldn't have been in better hands.Wanted to give a quick shout-out to Sara P guiding us through the 8-month long process of choosing packages, meals, and even sourcing vendors. She acted like a de-facto wedding planner, was really efficient in her communication and helped us save money when the final bill came. At one point, we almost got scared into hiring a wedding planner for several thousand more $ before she shared exactly what Colette's and Jenny could take care of for us. We ended up just opting to hire a designer to get our wedding style unified and this was a great decision.Additionally, I wanted to give a huge props to Jenny C. for being an unbelievable day-of coordinator. A month before the wedding she explained everything we needed for the event to be successful. We had a 1 hour meeting and she thought of all the little details so nothing would slip through the cracks. My wife was super impressed at how methodical and detail oriented she was. We had other moments of stress leading up to the day and she was very open and responsive to texts and phone calls. On the day of the wedding, when everything gets stressful, Jenny was very calm and handled multiple personalities well.Food wise, I don't have much to complain about. It did seem like the food Colette's serves is definitely one of the more high quality wedding meals. Of course being the married couple you don't really taste anything because you're busy worried about other things, but I imagine it went over well. Colette's lets you attend a food tasting appointment several months in advance, which was an awesome experience. We were treated like royalty and got to stuff ourselves with a lot of the menu. During that time, I did feel like the food was a bit too salty and we did tell the chef.The cake wasn't quite to our liking (design wise) but I think it was due to misinterpreting our instructions. My advice- it's important to send a photo of exactly how you'd like the cake to be.Overall, Colette's has their stuff together and I would 100% recommend them. If you are looking for a custom wedding they are super flexible and able to adapt to your wishes!They are NOT a full service wedding package, so be prepared to do some research, digging and hiring of your own. We hired the following vendors- design-florals- music- DJ/MC- photographer-videographerAnd we also made and designed our own stationery and brought our own decorations such as table numbers, candles, welcome/seating chart signs, and place cards.Depending on your budget and specificity, be prepared to pay at least an additional 50% extra on top of Colette's contract for those vendors
