Terrible experience overall, would not recommend at all to anyone - Do yourself a favor and drive to the other location on Placentia - Their food is always consistent and good. First off - I placed an order on their mobile app, and drove to the location - Arrived about 6-7 minutes after the order was placed and was subsequently told that they have not received the order and they asked me to come back in 5-10 minutes. When I came back the order was ready so I wasn’t too worried about the delay then. When I got home I noticed that all of the items that I ordered without cheese had cheese, and all of the chicken soft tacos had NO sauce whatsoever. The bean burritos were dry and had no sauce even though I paid for the extra sauce. It was just awful overall, so bad that I won’t return to ask for a refund or try them again. I’ll just continue to go to the 1941 N Placentia location from now on, and I highly recommend the same. The customer service was terrible on top of it - The drive thru attendant was very rude and dismissed the issue like it was my fault. I’ve never been asked to go back through the drive through in my life, how ridiculous.

Got Del combo
Had wilted lettuce
Wasn’t proportioned right
Meat, lettuce, cheese ratio wasn’t enjoyable

Maby who makes the food should try it so they know what they are serving to customers, instead of just making food as fast as possible.

Wasn’t enjoyable
Cheese was old and dry
Tacos shells were cracked
Fries were over salted and under cooked

Coke wasn’t good either, needs to be adjusted.
Not enough carbonation and not enough syrup

The lady working made it seem like an inconvenience to ask for help when ordering,

Over all experience was horrible as I even had to wait to order because she didn’t give me proper directions on how to use the computer.

I definitely won’t be returning to this location what so ever.

The tone and help from the lady was very negative

The food being bad is one thing

But when the lady had attitude it’s even worse

People who work in food service should take pride in what they do. What’s the point if you’re quick making food but the food sucks.

Workers always act annoyed when you’re there to pick up a mobile order. Front counter or drive through it doesn’t matter. They need to schedule more people. It’s always 2 people. That’s why the employees are pissy all the time.

The guy working drive thru couldn’t even let us know he was there we had to say “Hello?” Then proceed to the window to check if they were open. Once we realized they were we went back to make our order. As we were making our order dude had no energy whatsoever so ever and instead of letting us know what type of egg burritos they had to offer (I’ve worked drive thru and in a situation like this you usually say “sure would you like bacon, egg and, cheese or sausage, egg, and cheese” etc.) The guy kept being annoying saying “What kind, what kind” with out really even letting us talk it really made us mad so we cancelled our order and as we drive to the window dude has arms crossed leaning over the drive thru counter a giggling at the fact he pissed us off. You guys really need to teach your cashiers customer service and make sure you have energetic morning people and above all else people who respect the customer always.

Oh wow. I have been going to this del taco location for many years. Never have I been so disappointed. Please don't start making these tacos. Like Taco bell. I'm not a fan of taco bell.and today was the worst. I know cheese is expensive but please this is # 1 order that's it. Not to difficult. With prices going up. At least let me enjoy my tacos .that i get to spoil my self with a few times a month. Employees, you work hard. So stand behind your work. I couldn't even finish my 2nd taco. It was very mushy, with maybe 2 strands of cheese. And believe me I always eat my food. Do better.
