Oh wow. I have been going to this del taco location for many years. Never have I been so disappointed. Please don't start making these tacos. Like Taco bell. I'm not a fan of taco bell.and today was the worst. I know cheese is expensive but please this is # 1 order that's it. Not to difficult. With prices going up. At least let me enjoy my tacos .that i get to spoil my self with a few times a month. Employees, you work hard. So stand behind your work. I couldn't even finish my 2nd taco. It was very mushy, with maybe 2 strands of cheese. And believe me I always eat my food. Do better.

Well the days of customer service is gone. I walked inside to place an order. Yet, no one was behind the counter. There were employees working in the kitchen area but nobody was there to take my order. Instead, there was a sign in place of were the cash register would be. The sign read to "Please order at the kiosk." I left and headed to a local restaurant with actual people at the counter.

I've been eating at Del Taco for over 40 years, and this was, hands down, the WORST meal I've ever been served at ANY Del Taco, or ANYWHERE ELSE for that matter in years.
The quesadillas were both soggy and undercooked, completely inedible. The fries were cold and undercooked, also inedible. The beans in the bean burrito were cold.
Honestly, this meal couldn't have been much worse. I wouldn't be surprised if there's food poisoning in my future. It'll be a long time before I eat at ANY Del Taco again, and I certainly won't be visiting this location ever again.
Reading from your reviews, I’m not the first person to take issue with your food quality. You guys need to get your shit together. It’s a nice new restaurant, but you’re just turning out garbage and burning your customers. It’s bad enough when there’s nobody to take your order like you guys do now, but this was the worst. You should seriously be embarrassed.
P.S. I contacted Del Taco corporate about this. That's a first for me. It was so bad that something needs to be said. It looks like since this place reopened. It’s gone downhill fast. Del Taco and I were both born the same year, and I started eating there at about 16 years old. I've eaten there pretty regularly ever since. I could count on it. I guess you can’t count on anything anymore.
I’ll wrap it up on a positive. The restaurant is beautiful. It’s the nicest looking fast food place I’ve seen of late. That’s a definite plus.
Follow-up: No response from anyone including corporate. Honestly Im not surprised. Just disappointed. Prices go up, quality goes down and nobody who should give a shit does.

Does Del Taco got a remodel this past year and let me tell you, it is really nice. The only downfall is the drive-thru but that is more of the parking lot issue and not really Del Tacos fault. Food here is consistent with any other Del Taco you would go to. The only reason the food here did not get five stars is because I ordered the party pack and my bean and cheese burritos were not really hot. That was a bit of a bummer biting into a burrito and getting very lukewarm beans. I asked for well done fries and they were delicious :)

Every time there is a gentleman I get amazing customer service but for some reason every time I have a woman I get rushed and little to no customer service.
11/10/24: Very disappointing. Ever since they upgraded into the new building, I have received terrible quality food. For tonight, I went through the drive-through and I was only missing one item, my small snack taco. I went into the restaurant and asked about it. He said it should be in there so I went back out to my car to double check. Then I brought in my bags to show him. It was not in there. He then asked for others to make it, and I stood there for another seven minutes waiting for the snack taco made because they had a bigger order snack pack in the drive-through. The manager even came in and started talking to the lead for a while while we were still waiting for our taco. I finally received my snack taco and I had to start eating my nachos in the store before they got soggy. And then once I got home to open my snack taco it was even more disappointing. Only half of it is filled. The other half is completely empty. I am very disappointed by the service and the food quality absolutely terrible. I will definitely be going to a different Del Taco in the future.

My son is autistic and one of his safe foods is del taco french fries...came here to get him a macho fry and I was told they could only give me a medium because they were out of large cups??? I just canceled my entire$15+ order and went to the other location down the street

Vegetarian options: 8 layer burrito for starters. The beans are made in store, from scratch, without lard. Straight up beans, water, and spices. There are other vegetarian options as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: With the recent rebuilding of the property, ADA accessibility is convenient with parking spots, angled walkways, taktile edges, and more.

I don't eat out much and my 4 star food rating is solely based on the "fast food" aspect of it. Which won't meet a 5 star rating from me personally. BUT, I do want to add that DEL TACO is amongst my top 2 favs. ?? Oh and I have never experienced a bad anything customer service wise from THIS location. Great team and great leadership is what has been shown.

tldr, they overcharged me and said no to a refund, because no one in the store could authorize it. fries had no salt and were cold. tortilla was cold.
i ordered the 2 for $7 mix and match deal and they didnt apply the deal. the cashier mumbled the price so i couldnt hear it and then didnt give me a receipt. i work in fast food too so i didnt want to be a pain over a piece of paper. i checked my bank statement, and saw i was overcharged. i went back around, and was told they cant refund me because they were doing a shift change. the guy who told me this was great, and was understanding. i know how it is, and i trust he was telling the truth. the low rating on the review is for the fact that del taco puts their managers in a position where they cant even give back money that was overcharged.
