I pulled into the drive thru on Friday, 12/29/23 at around 8:30am. There was no acknowledgment from an employee so I’d know they knew I was there, after a minute or so I said “hello”, no response, waited a few more minutes when a car pulled in behind me, tried again and said “anyone there”, no response. After about maybe a little over 5-7 minutes I realized there were 3-4 cars behind me so I tried one more time “Hello, is anyone there?”As there was still no answer, I honked my horn (as briefly as possible trying not to be rude) & someone finally answered.I ordered a Del classic chicken burrito with extra sauce no tomato and an order of cheesecake bites. It took quite a long time, but I’m sure it was because it was lunch/dinner items during breakfast hours.When I got home, though, I realized my order was wrong as there were tomatoes and hardly any sauce on the burrito.(Edited for clarity and removal of subjective comments. Prefer to provide facts of what happened only. May update after acknowledging owner response & following their request.)

Hispanic lady that took my order was either super angry, or just has bad customer service skills. I could hear her talking smack in Spanish about someone. Hopefully it wasn't about me as I did hit her with a good morning before placing my order at the speaker and was super friendly throughout the process. Chicken burrito rolls were still kinda cold in some places. The food was okay for a quick bite. I don't think I want to come back to this establishment.
