Seems to be a common theme with rude service. I order from here on Grubhub and had missing items 2 days in a row. I called Donut Star first and the girl who answered said to come in. I did, and when I got there to explain she said she gave my Coffee to the Gribhub Driver, but after checking my camera he never had the drink in his hand. So I then asked about the Free Donut that was supposed to come with my order from the day before and she said they dont offer it anymore, so I told her it is on the App. She didnt care about replacing the items so I just left. Luckily Grubhub offered to credit me back for the missing items. Sad that the rude Asian girl doesnt know about Customer Service.

Every time I go, the lady is very rude. She isn't welcoming and doesn't even say hi. I will pay a little more and go to Zombee Donuts for top quality and service.

Stop this morning after always loving it. Hadn't been there for a while. Pleased to see the upgrades in decor. BUT The coffee was watery, non-dairy creamer creme cheese muffin had the cream pumped into it, not baked in! The lemon filled donut tasted like gasoline better step it up. Dunkin is coming and they suck too!

Got a fudge donut. Not to good. This isn't the first time a d I really want d one before work. Wasn't able to finish it. Didn't taste fresh and the frosting just doesn't taste as well as other donut places one gone to.

Super Rude, donuts stale. I’ve tried this place five times as I live close. Always hoping for improvement. Best thing I can say, they are consistent. If you want average at best donuts while being treated as an inconvenience, this is your place.
