Stopped by this morning to get a treat for someone's birthday. The lady was rude and abrupt. We asked for a small container and even offered to pay for it but she rudely said no.

Super Rude, donuts stale. I’ve tried this place five times as I live close. Always hoping for improvement. Best thing I can say, they are consistent. If you want average at best donuts while being treated as an inconvenience, this is your place.

This is hands down the rudest establishment I've ever been to. The first time I encountered it I attributed it to someone having a bad day. But after five visits of consistently rude service, I'm thinking this is not a correctable issue. If you want the soup n*** version of donuts, this is your place.
I had an extremely unfortunate experience today with both a female and male employee. My boyfriend and I come here all the time get breakfast sandwiches, drinks donuts anything that we feel in the mood for. Today I came to receive just some donut holes which they usually charge two dollars for two dozen, this lady was charging me two for one and when I tried to explain to her that I was in here the other day and that was not the price she just kept shooing me out the door saying no thank you when I asked to speak to a manager because I had questions about the pricing and the change in the menu and why things were different when I was coming in here alone they shoed me out the door. This place is dirty. This place is not good if you want to receive fresh food, do not waste your money here. When I asked to speak to the manager, they told me that no manager was present and that they did not have a number for the manager and nor could they put me in contact with one. They will change the prices, depending on the demographics that you appear.

The worst service i have ever experienced. Lost my apetite because of the horrible servive. Went to get donuts here and saw that reviews were okay. As soon as i go in no one is there so i call out for someone and still no one comes. Im just standing for a while until i call for someone again. An asian woman comes out and rolls her eyes. I dont know if she was having a bad day or something, but as a customer its very uncomfortable when she talks to me in an extremely rude tone. I asked her a question and she looked at me without sayiny anything. She then gets a call. Im assuming its her kid because she put it on speaker and a little girl was was on the other end. She then proceeds to talk to the kid without helping me out. At this point i was very frustrated so i stared at her and she just stares back at me as shes talking on the phone. By that time i was done asking her for help and assistance. I was getting ready to leave and even thenNothing. Worst customer experience
