Used to be soup and salad place. Now its a fusion. I had the OC galbi my mother had the pasta. I liked their wine selection not to pretentious. Good selection of drinks. My entrée was generous I think I'm still digesting the meat the day after. The flavor was excellent and the char broil crunch fat was excellent. The Pescatore was Okay but the convenience of being able to order Korean and Italian was excellent. If you are non korean, this is an excellent place to go. Its young, hip, good vibe, great service, clean bathroom, and they all speak excellent American.

D’Place Steakhouse is such a hidden gem in Fullerton. The vibe is moody and stylish, perfect for a date night. I ordered the OC Galbi, calamari, and seafood salad — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fusion of Korean and Italian flavors was unique and so well balanced. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area!

One of my favorite restaurants to date. My lady and I love the OC Galbi Korean, Pork Buns, Lychee Mojito Mocktail and their Ceasar Salad. Everything we've tried on thier menu has been has been a hit for us thus far.

Staff were busy that even when we made the call on the table kiosk, they weren't prompt to the call.
But they were friendly...maybe they were just short-staffed despite the help from robot servers.
Food is some what fusion-like....if you like authentic food, you may not like them. But in general all food we ordered tasted alright.

Carbonara - 4/5
Ribeye (American style) - 3/5
Caesar Salad - 4/5
Mentaiko Pasta - 3/5 (tiny scoop of mentaiko was a minus)

I would consider this a minimal full service restaurant. There is a hostess to seat you. Ordering is off of an iPad and the runners are robots. There are 2 servers covering the floor and you will need to flag them down if you want alcohol or have any questions. Maybe I'm just getting old these days and this is the direction restaurants are going? Short ribs were pretty good but were on the pricey side. Seafood pasta would be a 4/5 as well. I wouldn't drive all that way again just for me, but if my friends invited me I wouldn't be disappointed. I also noticed that there was a semi private dining space in the back for larger parties. Maybe a good group spot for b days and whatnot?

Had a great time! Servers were attentive and quick respond on requests. Love the the server robot that brings you your food. Wife loved the food. We had the ribs and shrimp pasta🤤. Also had the calimari for an appetizer 👌(destroyed it before I had a chance to take a pic). Great atmosphere, definetly coming back for more!

Heard good things about this place, so we decided to give it a try. Ordered the OC Galbi Korean & the mushroom and spinach risotto. The food galbi was marinated well, not overly sweet like some other places. The meat’s texture was a good balance of firm/tender, they separate the chewy burnt ends from the slices of meat. Good quality kimchi (only have beansprout & cabbage kimchi). The risotto was decent, nothing spectacular—creamy and large grained. Overall, the food was ok to me but I would like to come back to try their pastas & the lamb rack which all look scrumptious. The workers are friendly and come by to check up pretty often; good service👍

Came to dPlace Steakhouse for dinner and was seriously impressed! We started with the fried calamari. It was crispy and paired perfectly with marinara and tartar sauce. The octopus & shrimp ceviche was super refreshing, with a unique lime cashew pesto and fresh strawberries that actually worked really well.

For mains, the Myung Ran Cream Pasta was rich, creamy, and packed with seafood. But the star of the night was the OC Galbi (American style). It’s a huge, tender bone-in short rib that was marinated to perfection. The housemade fries, coleslaw, corn salad, and dinner rolls were the perfect sides.

We ended with the lava cake. It’s hot, gooey, and topped with vanilla ice cream. So good!

Shoutout to our server Clara. Will definitely be back!

Liked the atmosphere but the fusion food was mediocre at best. My food was on the cold side for a pork dish. I didn't make a deal out of it because I was with a business client.
I'll have to review it during dinner hours next.

It's my wife's go-to restaurant when she can't decide between Korean and Western food, because dPlace offers dishes that combine both.

We got the OC kalbi and the seafood marinara pasta. Both delicious. Would def get the OC kalbi again. Plenty of parking and normal service. Would recommend this place
