Ordered a dozen but twice in a row I was given one short. The first time I thought it was just an honest error, but the second time it happened I went back and asked them about it. They literally took the time to take out the bagels and counted to verify if I was being truthful. Mind you the time wasted of me going back. Not the best experience but the bagels are pretty good.

I ordered a smoothie on GrubHub and received an orange juice instead. I called Einstein Bagels to complain and nobody answered the phone. I was put on voicemail. Poor service. I left a message.

Pros: Went in for a quick breakfast bite, and the menu had so many options. I got the Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwinch! It was delish! My Cashier had a problem ringing up a gift card for me so they went to get the manager. Manager was quick to figure out the problem and help me purchase the gift card. Excellent customer service!
Con: (& warning): the parking lot is very small for all the businesses that are within this shopping center. We had to park several rows over in front of Sprouts.

I purchased two sesame seed bagels. When I got home, and opened the bag, I saw two plain bagels (see image). Are employees illiterate? Can't follow directions? I am not returning to the store for an exchange, not worth the trip. Very disappointed.

The cashiers have poor and snappy attitude. Alicia took my order and not only was she visibly annoyed, she also got my order wrong. Mediocre and overpriced bagels, overall a major letdown.

Ive had many lox bagels and thought I’d give Einstein a try since it’s near by. Now this lox bagel looked so SAD. I asked for extra cream cheese and was dissatisfied and disappointed. Go some place else.

Erica is EXTREMELY RUDE. A lady took my order on accident and she made an employee chase her. She was yelling at the employees in front of all the customers. I’ve worked in customer and know how it feels to make mistakes. It was a simple fixable mistake. There was no need for Erica to humiliate the employees that were just trying to work. Erica is extremely unprofessional and should rethink her job if she is going to yell at the hardworking employees. I didn’t mind waiting because accidents happen, but I did mind her attitude towards the employees.
