I had a great day today and it got even better after coming to the establishment! I was greeted nicely by everyone and cashier Valeria took my order quickly and efficiently, yet was attention to detail with it. After my order was done, Jonathan generously served my to-go bag with the extra sauce I needed and went far to ask if I needed drinks to make sure my meal was complete, which yeah I kinda forgot so I did order one... Thanks Jonathan!

They will burn a bagel and give it to you anyways. These people need to all be fired. They can't follow simple instructions. They'll even burn a cold sandwich bagel. I see why your ratings are so low

What a horrible experience I received at this Einstein Bros. Bagels. The service is terrible, the people working are so rude and the guy at the register did not understand what was being ordered. I asked for decaf coffee at noon, and one of the ladies, I believe she was a manager or shift leader but she said they don’t serve decaf after 11:30am but it’s nowhere posted or mentioned. She said she would do it for me like if she was doing me a favor. Very rude and passive aggressive. I would go elsewhere for your bagels unless you are looking for terrible service here.

Live Past Five

So before visiting, I saw this place was known for getting orders wrong, but we decided to try it anyway.
We ate at the restaurant, and my wife’s sandwich was missing ingredients she paid for. We asked them to fix it, and the Latino guy with the large name tattoo grabbed the sandwich and asked if I wanted the ingredients inside or on the side. I said on the side, but he ignored that and put them inside anyway. Whatever.
Then while eating, we noticed he never changed his gloves after handling and building our food, then went to the register and handled cash — and went right back to making sandwiches. His hygiene was completely unacceptable. He touched money, the register, and customers’ food without changing gloves.
The food was good, but hygiene and attention to detail are the bare minimum. I wish your staff had offered to make my wife a new sandwich instead of taking it apart with dirty gloves.

Food is good no complaints there but the lack of attention to their orders is abysmal. you have to check your order before you leave! I ordered on the mobile app and they didn't include the items I added for an extra charge. I checked once I got home, and went back for my correct order, only to notice when I got home again they forgot my chocolate chip cookie that I paid for!! I wasn't about to go back a third time, very disappointing since I do like their food.

Ordered a dozen but twice in a row I was given one short. The first time I thought it was just an honest error, but the second time it happened I went back and asked them about it. They literally took the time to take out the bagels and counted to verify if
I was being truthful. Mind you the time wasted of me going back. Not the best experience but the bagels are pretty good.

I ordered a smoothie on GrubHub and received an orange juice instead. I called Einstein Bagels to complain and nobody answered the phone. I was put on voicemail. Poor service. I left a message.

Pros: Went in for a quick breakfast bite, and the menu had so many options. I got the Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwinch! It was delish!
My Cashier had a problem ringing up a gift card for me so they went to get the manager. Manager was quick to figure out the problem and help me purchase the gift card. Excellent customer service!

Con: (& warning): the parking lot is very small for all the businesses that are within this shopping center. We had to park several rows over in front of Sprouts.

I purchased two sesame seed bagels. When I got home, and opened the bag, I saw two plain bagels (see image). Are employees illiterate? Can't follow directions? I am not returning to the store for an exchange, not worth the trip. Very disappointed.
