Carolina was horrible and ruined our experience. Took my mom and 2 sons and even we walked in she was talking to two men for a long time and never came to us. Then another couple came in right next to us and she went straight to them and still ignored us. I said excuse me as she was walking away twice and she turned around upset and still didn’t want to come to us. I asked her if something was wrong and she had a nasty attitude. Then she went to tell two guys at the bar and two guys in the kitchen they all turned to look at us and it was so uncomfortable. Supposedly it was her manager who didn’t even come over to check on us or ask what she did. I asked for the check to leave since we were uncomfortable and paid for our two drinks and left. No one ever came to check on us!!!!! Horrible service which is so sad because I really liked this place.

We sat at the bar, mid afternoon on Saturday. I think the bartender only came over twice the whole time we were there. The menus don't have prices on them. I don't like that. I want to know how much everything is.

Was visiting family in early January and we decided to go here. The food was delicious, but the service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes just to get water. My dad waited probably 25 minutes for his beer only to be told they were out of the beer that he ordered. He then had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get a different beer. It probably took over an hour to get our food. We had to get the waiters attention multiple times. And the worst part was it wasn’t even busy.

The birria tacos were really good and reasonable price . Went after 7pm so happy hour ends at 7pm.Parking: Parking in the parking structure , or on the street if you can find it. Park at your own risk at Citibank bank after hours is open and free but they might tow since it’s private property
