This location is terrible. Several times I've ordered burritos and what you get is as small as the BRC burrito. Wildly inconsistent.

I love Pollo Loco, but was beyond disappointed with this location. I came today with my mom. For starters, to order it’s only through the tablet, no human interaction anymore! I get it, Pollo Loco wants to be cheap and not pay a cashier anymore to save money on their payroll, but there are customers that love ordering with people and talking like the humans that we are! It’s so sad where our society is going! Secondly, they did not have the horchata drink available as they usually do in most locations. Lastly, upon pick up my order they did not give me the two drinks that I had ordered/payed for!! I ask the worker for it and she looked at me like I had not purchased the combo drink. I will never come back to this location ever again. I’ll stick to the one by Magnolia & La Palma! Good service in that location and they carry Horchata!

really disappointed it with the chicken tostada i ordered from this location! i PAID $11.64 just for 7 o 8 small pieces of chicken ??? not even enough amount of rice and plenty of lettuce just make it look bigger. not coming back here

I've gone to this location on and off for 25 years at various times, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience, whether inside or in the drive-thru. The drive-thru is especially small at this location, but the regulars seem polite and orderly most times, especially given the area. Lemon/Orangethorpe has many rando aggressive drivers and lots of bus traffic, so beware!

The worker Oscar was so good to me. I had a complicated order ordering for kids that don’t like everything and he took his time with me. Got everything correct and did not get frustrated. I really appreciate his customer service and his great attitude!!

I had never been at a pollo loco like this one. It was amazing. The staff was smiling and I didn't have to beg or compromise to get salsas, they were offered and I was even asked if I would like more and if I would like to try a new one. Wow. Other pollo locos should come here to be trained.
