I've gone to this location on and off for 25 years at various times, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience, whether inside or in the drive-thru. The drive-thru is especially small at this location, but the regulars seem polite and orderly most times, especially given the area. Lemon/Orangethorpe has many rando aggressive drivers and lots of bus traffic, so beware!

I had never been at a pollo loco like this one. It was amazing. The staff was smiling and I didn't have to beg or compromise to get salsas, they were offered and I was even asked if I would like more and if I would like to try a new one. Wow. Other pollo locos should come here to be trained.

Today I went to Pollo Loca and I can say that the food is very delicious, I ordered a Chicken Double Tostada and it was very good. I always like to come to this crazy chicken for the atmosphere and good food. The employees are very friendly, especially a cashier whose name I think was Miguel. He was very kind and gave me very good service. Keep up your good work! ?
El Pollo Loco never disappoints! The grilled chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the sides are delicious, especially the avocado salsa. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommend for a tasty, affordable meal!
