The drive thru cashier was nice and provided great service. He was cheerful and happy to help. They are not skimpy with the salsa like in other locations, he provided enough for my whole meal and some. The chicken was well marinated as well. Overall one of the best pollo loco experiences.

As always, it seems that they force the employees to have no respect for the customers. I don't know if any supervisor is in this specific place ????????but they should have more attention, they are very rude and the place is all dirty. Garbage floors everywhere and the bathrooms all covered and in the food area everything looks dirty, please someone pay attention ??

Worst El Pollo ever!The team members are rude and couldn't care less about your order.My last visit was about a week ago.I ordered the chicken salad.First I was told they were out of bowls for it then I was told they were out of chicken!How the hell is a chicken place out of chicken?When I asked what do you have?The very rude lady said to go to our other store it's only 15 minutes away.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.
