By far this location is outstanding. I ordered online, but as soon as I walked in, I was acknowledged. Stephanie took her time to ask me if I had placed an order online and assured me that my order would be coming shortly. And it sure did. Stephanie was very kind and helpful. She had a smile the entire time and she offered napkins and salsa.

Such a nice crew. Didn't like kiosk ordering but was offered a free drink for my frustration in not getting my order completed at the previous location (they ran out of chicken breasts)

The drive thru cashier was nice and provided great service. He was cheerful and happy to help. They are not skimpy with the salsa like in other locations, he provided enough for my whole meal and some. The chicken was well marinated as well. Overall one of the best pollo loco experiences.
