Went with my husband he wanted a pastrami sandwich and good thing I didn't want to eat. A pastrami combo $23 and change? They use to give you a nice amount of food not anymore very thin nothing like a pastrami sandwich anywhere else totally not worth the money. Light on the fries too.

The food is good, the workers are nice, but they are always understaffed. I shouldn't have to wait 20+ minutes in line for an online order. There is a counter sign for online pickup but it is largely ignored.

Worst customer service in a drive through EVER! They close at 9, we hit the drive through at 8:55. The guy over the speaker is rude and short. When we tried to add on to the order he started sounding irritated. I know you close at 9 and frankly I DON'T CARE. You're paid an hourly wage to do a job and as long as you're on the clock you're supposed to be professional and polite. So after they rushed the food out to us I checked the order only to find it was WRONG and they had snatched the tip cup and closed the window never to be seen again. So now here I am eating a salad I didn't order because Fernanda and whoever else wanted to go home so bad.... Do better. There's usually a manager there at closing and my guess is that this is the energy they have and therefore it's passed down to the employees.....
I visited this evening, hoping you redeemed yourselves, but I left irritated and angry I choose you to dine with. I should've left before i paid, but that was my fault. Let me explain something please. Your prices are both hard to understand, and each time I've been here the price is fundamentally different when I pay. Example, I asked for the double cheeseburger combo. Advertised for $11 and change, came to $19.99??!!Absolutely ridiculous. Only good thing was the burger was good. I hope the Better Bussiness Bureau investigates this franchiess and shuts you down! You should not deceive your costumers! I hope your GM likes jail, he sure loves stealing money from your customers! Hope this location changes it's prices and stop stealing and lying to your clients!! I want my $6 and a apology.I won't return. Big mistake dinning here, plenty of other places in close proximity and cheaper.
