This place makes me miss Kung Fu tea! The drink was ok, but their service is lacking. A dry welcome, barely knowing the menu....off putting to say the least. The drink was over priced, but the ingredients were decent. Note sure if I'd come back. The inside is cute though.

Best boba in the OC! The biba was super delicious, and the staff was super friendly. The owner nick is a super cool guy. Definitely pay this teahouse a visit?

Soo, this used to be a Kung Fu Tea location and I was so sad that it's now gone but I still decided to stop in, because why not? The interior was really nice and they even have a fish tank, it looks like someone really thought all the details out. Got a Mango boba and I believe a Thai tea.. they only have one size, and it might be really good quality ingredients but I felt like it was soo over priced for boba. I ended up paying like 7+ for one drink. Would I visit again, maybe but maybe not, I'll miss Kung Fu.

My new go-to for boba, and the desserts here are a plus. The Oreo cheesecake dessert is not a traditional American cheesecake - it's more like a Japanese cheesecake that is airy and fluffy. I haven't tried the other flavors yet because I'm obsessed with the Oreo one! The first time I went here in-person, I was having a really bad day and came here after work as a pick-me-up. I was pleasantly surprised at the claw machines in the back, and the interior decor and furniture are very modern and aesthetically pleasing. I was able to win a stuffed dog from the claw machines which helped me feel a lot better - it's such a small win but it made my day. Each play is 1 token, which is $1. The token converter is right next to the claw machines. The drinks here are fairly sweet, I'd recommend reducing the sweetness level on any brulee milk tea drink. I usually get the cookies & cream milk tea (previously called Oreo brulee, I think) with boba. The boba is always fresh, and a perfect texture and consistency. The brulee makes the milk tea so much more creamy, which I enjoy. Parking in this plaza is always abundant and easy. This plaza is usually never too crowded - a plus for me.

very cute and a little fancy i love it in here. boba was very good and my service was awesome, the guy was very nice and helpful in deciding what i wanted. i got a matcha with boba so yum

drinks are ok, customer service not so, asked for a plastic, gave me one but it's not even the fengcha plastic bag.a simple white thank you plastic bag that you get for free from a grocery supermarket.I bought couple of drinks and couple of desserts.did not even realize that they have a proper fengcha plastic bag not until my second visit and saw one of the customers asked for the same thing.

The mango au lait at this boba place was fantastic. The true mango flavor and use of fresh mango made it incredibly yummy. The boba had just the right chewiness and flavor, enhancing the overall enjoyment. It's the best mango milk drink I've had in OC. Highly recommended! I have tried the Apple Jasmine green tea in the past and wasn't a huge fan. But I also tried the jasmine green tea with sea salt foam and that was pretty delicious as well. Will definitely be back!
This is the teahouse u want to ask which tea again was the tea u brew on the spot while customer order it! Truly i do not mind the wait cuz the tea you recieve is just that much balance and fresh. The other drinks that add premade tra just did not stand out and made my tongue more thirsty. The slush drinks are excellant and of course kids love them! This is a great tea house chain! Ambiance is nice and comfy but most times we usually ordered our drinks to go.

Was in the area and had a craving for some milk tea boba and found Feng Cha nearby. Saw several small groups of customers coming in around a Friday afternoon so expect this place to have some regular patrons. From the pictures of this place their desserts looked delicious but didn't see them displayed at the counter so I opted to order the rose oolong milk tea with boba, half sweet and no ice. I liked the aroma of the rose oolong tea, the sweetness level was just right, and the boba was decent. Overall happy with the taste of the drink, but wasn't told that my drink would not be topped off if I ordered a drink without ice (at least that's what I assume why my drink wasn't filled to the lid). It would've been nice for the lady taking my order to let me know ahead of time.

The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and a great place to pick up boba or hangout. They have arcade games in the back and a cool fish tank chair up in the front. The boba was great, soft and fresh, but the drinks come very sweet (even at 50%!) Something to keep in mind if you do not like sweet drinks We got the dirty boba which is milk, boba, cheese foam and creme brulee. It was delicious but 50% sweet felt regular.

First timer, and won't be the last! Came across this place by accident, glad I gave it a try. Was greeted with really good hospitality and a smile. Off to a good start. Tried the Vietnamese coffee with salted cheese foam. Very robust coffee flavor, salted cheese foam complimented the coffee nicely. I wish I had buckets of this foam, so good. Tried the tiramisu cake cause it looked interesting. The cake base was like a Filipino mamon, or sponge cake. Very unexpected. Coffee sauce and crunchy bits on top, perfectly sweet and filling. Will visit again. So many choices of drinks and desserts, worth trying them all. Stop by and give this place some love!
